I take back the earlier comment on Tekken 6; it's awesome.

I was the first to play Ganryu at school: I'm a rebel and a fan of low-tier sumo characters.

Tekken 6 is awesome. haha. I wish I was better at it..

 

From what I've heard from veteran and hardcore Tekken players, Tekken 6 is the worst of the series.

 

Got back from 3 weeks in Japan. Tekken 6 and more-so SF4 are being played everywhere. VF5R is already kinda dead in the water and non-existent in a lot of places.

i wanna at least be able to play that when i go.

 

Lot of mech games. Is that what accent core is? Don't pay attention to anything other than fighting or music games in Japanese arcades.

 

guilty gear accent core. that faggot ass 2d anime fighter that people in japan play that isn't melty blood.

Im not a veteran hardcore Tekken player so thats probably why I enjoy it.

 

tekken as a series is repulsive garbage.

Well, VF5 is getting hella boring and needs an update (R), and newer, more interesting games have hit arcades in the states.

I feel like at this point I can always play VF5 and have fun, in the same way you can always play Super Turbo and it's fun after all these years. At the same time yes R is awesome and it needs to come out here!

All I hope is CAPCOM can adjust the hitting rules....what I saw on line was ridiculous.....

 

Okay A: VF5R is dead in the water in some places in Japan? I hope the key here is "some places" but if not why would the game be unpopular?

B: As bad as I hear Tekken 6 is for some people, I can't imagine it being worse than 4.
