Yeah, had some great games yesterday, I'm loving Jacky so much, especially the punch parry, teef, teef teef. My Kage was so crappy yesterday, not happy with him at all at the moment. Will practice hard this week, back in the swing of things for VF, like Mcdonald's 'I'm loving it!'.

Not looking forward to 3 hours travel there and 4 and a half on the way back, jeez, I must be mad. The thing's I do for VF LOL.

Oh and I killed a garrador on RE4, with a knife! Up to the waterfountain room in the castle with a pistol/knife/no merchant combo. That is put aside for the mo, VF need's to practised hard.

If I were you, I would cane some Kage, Jacky and Sarah practice and just see which of your chars is strongest by Saturday. Dan, watch out, if Ade faces you he WILL be using Sarah. LOL You still need revenge for the last time when he knocked you out of the play-offs.

No, not for a few weeks, but he did say he wants to get into VF5, apparently is very impressed with it.

The more the merrier. I want as many people to play VF, I'm not trying to kill the scene like Street said, why would I? I want a thriving VF scene where people PLAY the game, not just talk about it, what's the point?

P.s. Are any of those guys event remotely good at VF?

 

I don't think any of them understand my 'dark' northern humour, so for that I guess I must have warned them. Amazingly I would STILL want them to turn up to the RB, I still want the VF scene (As small as it is in the UK compared to others fighting games) to thrive and grow.

For me personally, I don't see anything wrong with someone throwing down the gauntlet, stepping up to the plate and challenging people to play. For me, it's WHY I play fighting games. You have to be prepared to lose otherwise there's no point in playing. I have had my ass handed to me on VF several times, but it doesn't mean I'm gonna quit the game.

I do find it sad that they have chosen to discuss me without me being able to reply, but if I'm being honest I'm flattered that I'm that 'infamous' that they would do such a thing.

IF anyone on gamiko is reading, PM and I am willing to chat. There are a good few guys on there, Will has told me Street is about the same skill level as me, and I know from personal experience that Kennedy is a great tekken player (After playing him at the T5 warm matches at the Trocadero the night before).

I totally respect their addictness to gaming in general, it's something I just don't have the time or inclination for anymore. OK, I made jokes about people's way's of life's, I got mocked back, so I see it as 50/50 and I do think (I'm blowing my own trumpet but WTF) I'm one of the friendliest guy's in the UK scene. I don't travel much, but want to enjoy every second of VF possible that I DO compete in.

Well, that's enough I think, but it's a shame it's ended like this. I've tried my best to better the scene, but it's kinda just been thrown back in my face.

Anyway, got a few new Sarah tricks for Saturday, although I'll keep them a secret for the time being.

My RE4 addictness has stepped up a notch. Killed all the Knights (for the Kings Grail), WITH A DEFAULT PISTOL AND FLASH GRENADES. Blatant.
