Hey, I'm new and don't have VF5 yet, but getting it next week. I've been playing VF since the Genesis days, and I still have it. I returned to playing it with VF4 on PS2, and I ended up ranking myself up to 2nd Dan. I'm looking to become a great player on VF5 online, and staying in the community. So, how is everyone and tell me about yourselves?

Hello, fellow VF fans! I am fairly new to Virtua Fighter in
general, although I have wanted to play for many years now.

The first time I played VF was on a 32X emulator, and I picked up
VF2 for Sega Saturn a few months ago. Although I have purchased many games since, I am still hooked on this game and am ashamed I
    did not play it sooner!

Once I get an Xbox 360, I'll probably be online quite a bit.
I eagerly await some challenges; see ya on Xbox Live!

Hi everyone, my name is Vexan, I'm a fighting gamer and I have been seeking a Virtua Fighter community to join since a long time by now.

I do not know if I can consider myself a Virtua Fighter Fan yet, Tho I have huge love for this series, it's absolutely fantastic, I've known Virtua Fighter series since young age, but I never felt like I was enough of a huge fan of it, but I can definitly consider myself a huge Virtua Fighter series lover, I hope to become a hardcore fan someday.

the Virtua Fighter games I own are :
Virtua Fighter 2 - Sega Genesis - From Sega Genesis Collection
    Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution - Playstation 2
    Virtua Fighter 5 - Playstation 3 Version
    And I play on buying : Virtua Fighter 5 - Online - XBOX 360

    My Virtua characters are
    Sarah Bryant
    Goh Hinogami
    Jacky Bryant
But I do love the whole rest too ^^

Personaly, I feel like I lack skills in Virtua Fighter, and I'm glad that I'll be able to find all the help I need here. I play many many many other fighitng games too, but since this is a VF website and forum, I'll keep on topic! Thank you very much! [IMG] Glad to be here with you guys!

Came here from SRK to post my support for the Kamaage effort going on now. Writing up that post brought back some memories and am looking at finally dusting off my Aoi/Akira for some more online VF goodness.

Although it's been awhile I'm sure everything will come back to me in time, hopefully.

If anyone happens to see me online, feel free to say hello and get some matches in. Win or lose surely it will be great to play others.

Hello everyone, I wanted to sign up so I could help support Kamaage in his VF5R for console effort.

A bit about myself, I'm from Northern California and I've been a big fan of the Virtua Fighter series ever since the first blocky wonder showed up in my (now long gone) home arcade.

I've actually been lurking for a while here reading posts and taking the advice I've seen posted here by other players to help my game; and not sure if this was the same place, but I remember a VF Dot.com site I used to frequent that used to post VF3 content. If so this place sure has changed a lot.

Anyways, hope for some great matches ahead!

    Hi everyone,

I'm from the UK, i am a big fan of virtua fighter because i have always liked these fighting games and plus i really like martial arts where i think vf does a good job of putting the styles into the game. My favourite character is Akira because i like his style of Ba ji quan.

I like watching the cartoon series, it makes me laugh, virtua fighter round 1 is good.

    Thankyou

Hello. My user name is YoshiK.
Currently, I'm living in the U.S. First Virtua Fighter game that I played was "Virtua Fighter Remix". I enjoyed playing the game with my friend, but I played the game a little bit at the time. Recently, I started playing Virtua Fighter 4, and I really like the characters, game system and atmosphere in Virtua Fighter series. I hardly play 3D games, but I play Virtua Fighter because the video game series offer the interesting and unique elements that other 3D games don't have. I signed up for this website because I heard about the petition, and I wish the updated version of VF5 will be available as the console version.

    Nice to meet you!

Joined to show my support for a home version of VF5R. Where hopefully the PS3 will have online play.

Fell in love with the series right back when it started(VF in arcade), right about the moment Pai's hat fell off after a roundhouse.

Hello all. I've decided to join VFDC to help with the petition for VF5R. I've been playing Virtua Fighter for years, and I would love to see VF5R on a home system.

Also, Sega needs to get working on my Skies of Arcadia remake/sequel

Hey. I'm not really new to the whole Virtua Fighter franchise, but I'm not a veteran of it either. I came here after getting my ass handed to me from someone here who petitioned for Virtua Fighter 5 R. He gave me a run down of how much well certain people play this game, and....well I'm just fucked. I know I don't have a chance in hell to win against anyone now that I know what is to be expected even if I were to hold my own, but I love the game itself, just as I did in VF4 and VF4Evolution.

    >.>....Okay. And Virtua Fighter 2 for Sega Saturn. Is that a crime!?

Well you can, but the game will be too laggy so i don't think we can play really well :S Especially because i'm Sardinia (italian Island) and here the connection isn't so great with some european... so with americans will be even worse.
