Urm that Aoi aint all THAT strong and yah she still is underpowered.
That Wolf seriously sucked, lots of opportunities Segaru didnt take.

 

You didn't think that Aoi was strong? I thought the player guessed correctly more often than not. Segaru sucked in that match because the Aoi kept interrupting. Eventually he started to "freeze" and eat throws. BTW, Aoi is NOT underpowered, it's all about mind games. You know that.

Heh, when the chara´s were face to face and the Wolf player decides to do absolutely nothing for a second and a half and the Aoi player takes a second and a half to take advantage id hardly call it good playing by either of em.
The Aoi player makes a lot of mistakes wich Segaru doesnt take advantage of.

 

Segaru gets 0wnz0red.

This does not bode well for his rematch with Kazu-kun on next month's Famitsu Wave DVD. Hehe.

 

Serves him right for sucking so much in that particular fight.

 

Dude no disrespect for Segaru, im merely reactiong to DRE´s ridiculous statements.
Segaru had an of day and the player using Aoi there isnt even good with Aoi yet Dre is talking a lot of crap on the strengths of a bad clip, if he DRE had decent experience with Aoi he definitly wouldnt be saying the things he is.
Thats all.

 

But...Aoi isn't underpowered.

 

I'll admit that I'm not exactly the "authority" on Aoi knowledge, but I know a beating when I see one and IMO that was a very strong match. Anyways, this discussion has gone on way too long.

Regards the Green Book DVD.

Managed to squeeze both parts onto 2 cds. So 'Another Beat Tribe' which is about 90min comes in at about 635mb and 'Best Bout 30' which is slightly over 90min comes in at about 697mb.

I cut out credits and stuff to get size down, it is 320X240 VBR DivX&mp3. We should be hosting it soon on a Univercity server somewhere. Quality IMO is V.Good, even when you go Full Screen in a good divx player like BS Player.

I could get everything on to 1 Cd using VBR WM9, with acceptable a/v quality, in-fact I'll leave the PC on for 8 hours tonight encoding to see how everything looks.

Also have entire VF4 verC Revolution DVD crammed into 350mb WM8, good quality if anyone is interested. All I ask is that someone out there collate them Kage movies!!

What the hell are those things flying over the heads of Mukki and the Jacky player in the first TokyoBay9 video? Look's like green AI thinkgs from the PS2 AI mode. The video was too sketchy for me to get a clear look -- looks like a green squirrel in a semi-transparent green ball.

Anyone know what these are, and what they signify (if anything)?

I have no idea what those things are, but I'm pretty sure they signify something. I'm guessing it's a feature exclusive to VF.net. One of our VFDC members in Japan might have an idea what they are. Maybe Zero or GP can enlighten us?

hey, the encoding was nice.
Someone was telling me there's actually 400 minutes of footage on the DVD and that you can unlock all sorts of hidden stuff. Do you know anything about this?!
