But the man to me was Super Cat and his classic joint "Ghetto Red Hot" that I still bump on cassette to this day (need to find the CD of this ASAP). The original Dancehall version was good, but I absolutely love the hip-hop mix.

Cee lo has a soulful voice. I remember hearing gnarls barkley and thinking that his vocals must have been some kind of sample from the soultrain days.

The previous went from 34,000 views to 1,400,000 in three days. It's currently at over four million. This one is in the 300's. Not thousands. I mean less than four hundred. How long will it take to hit 5 million? I say two weeks.

A great song on a great album. I don't like what the poster did with the stock photos, but the music is higher quality here than on the official music video, and it's not like that one's much more coherent anyways.

The Dentist Jazz almost killed it for me, it was a fine line, but overall I liked it a lot haha. I'm partial to the video too because I like carwashes like that

Here's some laid-back Jazz. Laid-back, but still very sincere and touching.

The second song doesn't have that kind of story attached to it. It is however, according to the youtube description, the first time an amplified guitar was used in a recording! Also, it's the only studio recording with Lester Young playing clarinet.

I had a big playlist set on shuffle, I hadn't really heard most of the stuff in it, so it was basically just background noise. Then, out of basically a lot of white noise, some riff popped out and just really grabbed me. It was happy, but there was something really sincere and sad about it too, somewhere inside it. I really like this one
