You are probably in the lead still actually. I make about five spelling mistakes a post, and you only post incorrect facts once or twice a day.

Still pissing around with the titles and so on trying to find something I like. Suggestions are welcome. (not just for the titles, if there is anything you think I could be doing better in regards to the vids let me know.)

Very nice indeed. Noticed lots of [4][4][P]+[K] and [4][3][P] stops, plus a few well-timed reversals.

Would be interested to see more movies of your Aoi if you have them. Would also be good seeing some stage variation in the movies. You have way too much love for the cage arena /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Don't mess with the arena! /versus/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Actually now that you mention it that's a bloody good point. It does get a little boring on the eye always having the same stage. I've been thinking random select should be put back on anyways.

And no more Aoi saves yet, I will be sure to get some tomorrow.

I'm really enjoying her actually. Not so keen on he throw game just yet, but she seems to flow really well and with good guess work it's not too hard to keep up a constand flow of offensive pressure.

I still can't get into the habit of reacting well to inashi's just yet though. I get fairly luck with ying yang but always end up wasting the intiative it gives me with something retarded like a low punch. Nice.

But I'm really enjoying her so far, not quite got the hang of her style just yet but I'm getting there.

I'll text the pair of them now to see. I'll mention the anytime after 12.30 thing.

Anthony says around 1pm, no word back from Li.

Lets just keep score from whenever all 4 of us are there?

I love her YY stance, and the fact you buffer into it from allot of different moves. In fact I abuse it so much it becomes predictable and I get floated. /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

One of my favourite series with her is to [8] or [2] + [P] from a bufferd YY after a sweep, followed by low throw or a canned combo. There's something particularly satisfying about getting a crumple in this fashion.

I think that's part of my problem actually, I just love certain moves so much that I'll use them over and over again for the one-hit rush, if you will. And cast any overall strategy to win out the window.

I dunno....sometimes I feel pulling off a satisfying or stylish move once in a match is more satisfying than winning the actual rounds.

Yeah good clip, nice to see a fellow Aoi player at last!! Stick at it cause she's a satisfying character to play with, even if it is tough going at first /versus/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

My aoi was utterly useless today, but that's not surprising ocnsidering so were the rest of my characters.

Fuck knows what's happened, two weeks ago or so I felt I was playing better than ever now it's all gone to ass.

But we got some decent clips of stroppa/jackeh's lei so ill try and get those captured in the meanwhile.

There are some things I really need to work on with Goh and they just keep flying out my head within a couple of games, when I revert back to the boring as fuck Faded stylee. [K].... [K]... [K]... [P] throw. Sure it gets the wins but it doesn't exactly make for exciting replays.

Next week I'm going to play around with some new stuff, see what sticks. I'm prepared for the deep decrease in wins this experiment will cause.

I thought everyone played really well today, including Stroppa's Lei even though he didn't win as many as Wednesdays. Those float combos are coming along nicely. Still can't beat Goh's jab games which means he is still cool. /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif Li is on top form as always. I really do need to find another character to play for next time. Played 100% Vanessa today and wasn't a bit bored as she is so fun to use.

I'd have posted earlier, but believe it or not my keyboard decided to betray me and refused to do n's and b's. Which rules out latin abbreviations.

Anyway, today was good. Li played really well today, much better than wednesday, as did Dark. I felt like I was playing good after a slow start but maybe the results will show I sucked. I think wednesday was maybe a case of taking you all by surprise and now you've sussed me out, which is good, gives me some things to work on, variations etc. When I got flowing I had that 'I'm gonna win vibe' though.

The Aoi wasn't as good today I didn't think, but you can afford an off day and still come out on top, which says a lot.

I'd like to thank the missus publicly as well for driving me all the way to asda to buy a cheap keyboard at 9pm.

My keyboard is totally wrecked. N and S take a while to register which is why just and wednesday frequently become jsut and wedensday. And half the keys just need a general hammering to work. I clean it frequently but no go.

I actually went out and bought a new keyboard (which I would have given you if it had came up you needed one) but I've never been able to get used to anything other than my piece of shit time keyboard.

And "tbh!" I didn't really have any complaints with how I was playing for the last hour or so, it was just early on I was getting deeply aggravated at myself.

Ok time to test out the webspace kindly donated by stroppa.

Stroppa Lei Fei V LiMeng Shun

One of the better comebacks I've seen in the last round.

And purely because there has yet to be any media love for Mr Dark so far I'm going to upload this here clip featuring shockingly bad play on my behalf. Though the comedy jabbing in round 3 is worth a look.

I've never really played or watched much Lei Fei. You seemed to have a pretty good grasp of him, and nailed quite a bit of guaranteed damage after some of the big hits.

Shame you lost your momentum at the end of the last round. You were crusing along for a clean win, then got picked apart right near the end.

    Fun match to watch.

Nothing concrete, but there may be a window for a good long friday (long good friday feels too much like plagiarism) session this week. I'll let you all know if it's doable and give details when I can.

So what time are things going to finish up on wednesday? Dark was wondering if it was going to be worth making the trip.
