The problem with Ninja Gaiden, is there isn't really anything you haven't seen before. So the hype that the game garnered prior to it's released it's very much unfulfilled. It's a good game though, the camera is utter wank, but the combat system is nice enough to never really get boring.

I wouldn't go that far, it's definitely one of the better games I've played in a long time.

I think the censorship really takes a lot more out of the game than you think it would. As when you are fighting zombies in the church and you're leaping off walls and cutting their head off it's like "yeah, this is really fucking cool"

Pretty hard for me to get the house free at the moment as its nearly always occupied. I'll see what I can do anyway. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

ninja gaiden? hmmmm, never heard of it. (im sure you will all burn me for this).
i too though have been distracted from VF by another game, so my performance might be a little under par, unless i can get motivated again.

the game i am playing on is called, "Dragonball Z: Budokai". dunno if you guys have seen it, but if you have, then RESPECT VEGETA!!!!!!
i also seem to find myself playing "Yu-Gi-Oh: The Duelists of the Roses". the are both great two player games, plus the fact that i can kick Andys ass at both of them is an added bonus. it is much easier than all those hard fought 'Jacky V Goh' matches.

    BIG BANG ATTACK!

Still playing Ninja Gaiden but won't mind a bit of VF. We could try and play something else but I don't think there is anything out there that is better than VF. /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Damn it, still over four weeks remaining till the bigger gathering. I'm itching for some VF.

I'm hoping Doom 3 or Half-life 2 might come out in-between to keep my gaming habit occupied. Fat chance.

Who's picking up DOA Ultra btw? It's no VF but should be a good filler title to bung on during the gatherings.

    funny story...

I can't find my copy of Evo...it's usually in the machine, but I took it out to play Psyvariar the other day, and now it's disappeared. Pretty shitty to lose it after it survived the 'milk incident' and the orange juice incident.

Li or Anthony if you read this, please bring your copy of Evo /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'm having a tremendous day I must say. It's been a good half hour or so since I discovered I was a copy of Evo down, and now it seems the controller ports on my ps2 aren't working, joy! So, if you haven't already got my text messages, then I would say there wasn't much point in coming round here this afternoon.

I had a look through the games you gave me but no joy on the evo disc.

Have you done the mad search through all game boxes yet?

Don't suppose you accidently stuck it in the fight night box?

    Still on for tomorrow?

    Yeah, I'll be round tomorrow.

It's the strangest thing. I tried my SC2 stick and pad in my UK PS2 and nothing happens, so I've tried them in my brothers ps2 and they work, and now I've brought them home, put them in my JP PS2 and they don't work. The only constant linking the machines here would be the scart lead, can a dodgy GAME-brand RGB cause pads etc to mess up?

Sorry to hear that /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif. Maybe in the future we should turn off the PS2 before we pull out pads and sticks from the port.
