Yeah I meant to say you could save yourself some fuss and offer a homeless person £20 to kick you in the balls for roughly the same effect.

Tekken tag on the other hand is pretty decent but the pal version is awful.

Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag Tournament were my favourite video games before I started playing VF. I think Tekken TT is still a great game even by today's standards. It has fast gameplay, nice looking float combos that require hard practice to pull off, and the tag system which fits Tekken perfectly. But I was disappointed by the character design of Tekken 4 too. The characters in Tekken TT looked so much better than in T4. And I was pissed off by Namco's decision to include bear, panda and robots in their fighting game. So when T4 and VF4 both came out in the UK I choose to pick up VF4, and today it seems it's one of the best decisions I have made in my life /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I'd offer, but it wouldn't be much of a warm-up, so I'll just go to work instead.

I'm guessing the rest of you guys aren't up for VF this wednesday? [IMG]

yar so im back in edniburgh after a total nightmare trying tog et home due to my trin from york not running but hey shit happens.

As you can no doubt see I did fucking awful in the vf side of things to boot. Though I must say it was one of the most enjoyable vf sessions i've had in fucking ages. Even getting totally beefed by jacky over and over and over...

It's a shame I'm going to be too skint to do it again for quite some time.

good to see you got home ok, at least the taxi got you to the station in time, that would have sucked if you got stuck in leeds.
thanks for coming down, was a good session and i hope we can do it again some time.

peas?!? what peas!?! ha ha ha.
next time, bring your pals along and they can bow down too...
i must thank you though, you have gotten me a decent rating throughout the nation, people obviously regonise you as good, so beating you earned me a few popularity points eh?!?
not to worry, your performance against andy (who everyone rates above me) was much better.
anyway, i hope your not too annoyed with me posted on your Scottish site twice, forgive me.
also, if i offended you with any stupid "you know in Scotland right, do they have............" questions, im just not that worldly, i have never even left the country, so Scotland is like an exotic location to me, ya?
thanks again for everything, hope we can fight again soon...........

No seriously I had a fucking great time. It's always much more fun playing with people you get on with.

Speaking of cultural differences: sitting in front of taxis beside the driver. Something I will never get used to. Here in edinburgh we tend to favour the classic black cab. Where the traveler stays in the back.

Stylish, sophisticated and sleek. I think you'll agree.

Anyways due to being flat broke for the forseeable and overdue a teensy bit of a vf break no idea when we'll get to play next. But at the very least hopefully we can arrange something for the summer since you'll be off school again.

Does one wear a seatbelt when they sit in the front of a taxi?

Surely this goes against the Taxi passengers code?

It was all downhill after 5th kyu.

Obviously after losing his magical blue pyjamas kage was never the same.

Stroppa - are you wanting to come round sometime this week?

You can sample the comfortable* delights of my futon /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

You can consider my futon comments previously to be well and truly retracted, I take back anything I said about futon's being shit.

(As I type this, 'today' is coming on VH-2, quality)

If you guys are up for it, wednesday is a vf day. You're welcome to stop by around 4-ish and stay til whenever.

Li - I couldn't ask a favour, could you text the details for wednesday to anthony, because my phone is fucked /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif (*pause for respect*), and I'm not sure if Anthony is still having computer problems.

    I wanna turn you on....

Yeah dude, hold onto it. It gets really hard from about episode 6 onwards, but it's worth it. If you ever make it to the final boss, just learn his patterns and it's easy, keep cool /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif

    good matches tonight I thought.

Slow start from Faded I thought, but the streak at the end put everyone in their place. Let us now observe two moments of silence for 2 milestones achieved.

    *1000 wins* for Ninja

    *1st dan for Bradley!!! /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif*

    'kay I'm done.
