The guy in the desert is harder than Vegnagun (Vegnagun is a pussy) but there's even harder enemies under Bevelle on Chapter 5. To chin the desert guy just use Darkness over and over with a Dark Knight, worked for me.

I'm not strong enough to go down there yet without getting owned. Pity because I want that item that gives you 9999 damage on everything you do when your hp is critical. Can you say Trigger Happy Lv3???

I don't think I can be arsed to play it anymore truth be told. I think I might go back to maxing out my ffx save.

I know you're used to playing the A.I. on beginner mode but I'm handy at throw escapes so I doubt you'll even land ANY throw on me ( let alone TFT) for the duration of your stay. /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif


You bringing anyone else with you? You'd be welcome to stay over if it seems like a long way to come for just the day.

Yeah stroppa is coming with me (at least i think so). As for staying over no idea, I think we're just gonna arrive pretty early and leave fairly late. I need to sit down and work out times with my travelling companion before I'm sure.

re:times I'm planning on leaving pretty early and getting bck pretty late in order to get as much play time in as possible. I know not everyone likes to play the game quite as much as me so I was thinking I might get an earlier train there than the rest of you and then we'll all ride back together but im sure we can discuss it when we next meet up.

As far as space goes I don't see a problem. Only one ps2 and tv though so people would have to sit out sometimes. Still, even if you all come that only makes 6 people so it shouldn't be too much of a problem. I'm gonna see about getting a new cable so we can play in colour too which will be a novelty for me and Shaun.

Shame about the single tv, I wouldn't have minded bringing my ps2.

We'll need to have a think about how we do this as I really don't fancy travelling so far to sit and play people i can play at home 50% of the time.

If you wanna bring another ps2 then go for it. We've got another tv, it's only a portable one but it's good enough. That's means I'll either need to buy 2 new cables or one of the setups will be black and white.

As for only ending up playing your mates we can just do winner stays on. Me on one setup and Shaun on the other. That way you guys can all take turns at getting owned.

Stroppa: Who do you play again? Wolf? I remember us having a decent fight but I can't remember who you use.
