Just to give you guys a bit of advance notice. I think I'll be able to hold a long VF/FFCC session on the 10th march. That's a wednesday I think, I may be able to work something out for the tuesday before it as well, but I'll need to see about that.

So...possible 9th and 10th march for VF/FFCC and my usual top spin humping possibly.

As for the usual wednesdays, I'm thinking maybe we could extend them to 6pm if people don't mind, just so that we could sneak in some FF:CC. Not that I :: the game or anything /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Good stuff, I'll definately be down for that. Hell I might even book a half-day from work and get more play time in.

There's a decent chance of a weekend session at my place soon. Will post as soon as I know for sure.

I think my wins and losses are like 50/50 on wednesday. Steven's Aoi had a 6 wins streak at the beginning, very impressive. Everyone plays better than before except me. A girl's image keeps pop up in my head and I just can't concentrate. I can't concentrate my mind on anything these days because of this. God, please save me /versus/images/graemlins/blush.gif...well you know i'm not finding execuse for my slacking vf skill here /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif

And I really enjoyed FFCC. Let's hope it lasts as long as other FF games and doesn't over too quick.

how much do you think a cabinet would cost? If it was reasonable, then I'd seriously consider investing in one. It's probably not going to get a ps2/console release.

oh and MrDark, best days for me would be wednesdays, though I think we have that covered, Saturday evenings, and Sundays.

I'm still quietly confident it'll see a home release, but the wait will be agony.... /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif

A new FT cabinet would probably cost in the region of £7000, so unless Faded gets allot of action down Leith docks I can't see it happening /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I'm with you on this. In the news they metioned VF4:FT will have new single player modes and greatly improved AI. These things are pointless if there are only an arcade version.

On a related note thanks to a long night of selling my arse I've managed to get a hold of a copy of ffx2. (of course im needing to sit on a very large cushion)

Wondering if Li or anyone else picked this up at the same time. I'm enjoying it so far, but the battles are really hectic.

borders are bad, playing onna tiny tv and lacking the ability to stretch the screen is actually making my head sore from squinting

speed seems a lot better than ffx though, or maybe yuna's naturally a faster runner than tidus.

Got mines a few hours ago but haven't manage to play it yet. (Just got home) Tried a demo of FF10 last night to see what it was like playing with borders, which actually turned out alright in 'Zoom' mode. Quality was down a bit though.
