Best of luck guys...sounds like it's going to be quite the epic showdown tomorrow. Do your best, and make sure you capture some vids.

I'll just be happy just to get a few casual matches in at the Troc tomorrow or Sunday.

I had set time aside to practice last night, but our flat decided to flood itself while we were out drinking. Our wee flat is now more akin to a swamp /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif

To cut a long story short:

Torrential rain bursts pipes in stockbridge -> no cold water coming through taps -> Debs tries to fill kettle, no water is forthcoming but leaves tap in full_on position -> we head out to a club -> while we're out water comes back on........ you can imagine what happened next!!

We're only lowly tennants, so not sure what the insurance situation is. No doubt we'll be shafted for every penny by the landlords. But hey, life goes on..... /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

in other news i just spent 90 minutes lying in bed trying to get an early night ... not happening.

Hey guys! Was just reading the Manchester thread...sounds like you had a great session with lots of fierce competition.

I had a great time in London, but not much in the way of VF. I popped into the Troc a couple of times and in between playing Outrun 2 (beautiful game) and Airline Pilots I managed to squeeze in a dozen or so matches on the VS cabinets.

No idea who my opponents were but they were good. Lost heavily with Lion but surprisingly won a few matches with Aoi /versus/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Must go catch my train now.

This wednesday is good for VF if people are wanting to play. Just til 5-5.30 or so though. The week after there is the possibility of playing til later on, I think Sam will be away for 2 or 3 days that week.

Do we call them Team GAP training sessions now?

and how is Faded enjoying/not enjoying Arc?

Been playing Lion and actually found some sick combos. Need to test them on humans to see if they actually work though. So many gut collapses. /versus/images/graemlins/grin.gif
I'll see if I can make it earlier on Wednesday (have no lessons anyway), going to release my Lion.

As suggested, I've just been concentrating on improving my lei a bit more. Came up with some ideas just thinking about it, but a couple of them were back to the drawing board stuff. We'll see, might work against humans.

I'll leave the liono practice to you guys, snarf.

Just give me a shout when you're coming on wednesday, so that I can be ready.

tv came this morning but i haven't had the chance to practice at all but what the hey.

slight buzzing sound that wasnt there before but nothing huge

im not digging arc much i have to say.

ill post tonight when i go to bed then ill have a rough idea of when im gong to wake up and when ill head out.

i think i might toy around with a lot of characters tomorrow with maybe an idea to switching.

Well, I'll make the effort to be up and about for 9am.

Personally, I'm starting to find arc a wee bit repetitive now myself, but I still like it overall. Just bored of fighting the same kind of enemies etc.

Also, I'd like to see you pick up Jacky for a few hours tomorrow, I think you have some serious potential for some YEEEEAAAHHHH!!!! sickness.
