Closest final we've had yet. Li threw it away, had a 2 match lead and then a 2 round lead in the final but I guess he maybe has that 'oh shit there's the finish line' mentality.

Major props to Faded's Kage, taken his play to a whole new dimension since switching, and maybe we'll get that 7(I counted) throw escapes in one match uploaded in the new year.

Also kudos (see what I did there...) to MrDark, the Vanessa's been getting better and better every week and you even ran Faded close in the first semi-final match If I remember correctly. (also as a side issue, would you like your ring names changed to 'Hong-Ning' ?)

Yeah I was pleased with how I played on wednesday. I seem to have developed this nasty habit of robbing Li ofvictory just at the last minute like he used to do to us.

Stroppa - I missed Lei, good to know you're bringing him back.

Dark - I think Vanessa's + hook thing combo starter is free after her low punch sabaki but i didn't test it too hard. try it out.

Li - Nice matches in the final there, I was sure I was going to lose. Hope you enjoy your trip back home.

When we all get together again we're going to have to put some real practice in if we're going to go down to manchester. Can't let ourselves look bad now.

I finally got around to ordering a new memory card so come the new year I should be able to cap matches without having to steal your card all the time.

How is everyone doing? Think the festive season has fully kicked in with people all over the place. Just got one or two course work to wrap up for the end of this week.

Hello guys, hope you're all doing well. Just arrived in Beijing this morning. It's so cold here /versus/images/graemlins/crazy.gif. But still good to be home. I think I will check out the Beijing VF scene tomorrow, but I don't know if I can find that small shop which is used as the gathering place for Beijing players /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I haven't seen stroppa posting here recently. How is he doing?

Well I'm sure you'll all be shocked to learn that Vietnam has absolutely no VF scene /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif Should have brought the PS2.

Fantastic place though - great people and stunning scenery. We're in the middle of touring from Hoi An to Saigon in a 150cc Husky. Currently chilling in an internet cafe in a layed-back beach town called Nha Trang - great place.
