Every character in the game can rush down. To say rush down in vf, is more of a play style reference. Every character has sick side turned guessing games. Lau is particularly vicious in the Pete style of play(punch, elbow, throw escape) and has good situational throw options. Extremely effective in string and hard single move tempo changing.
