I wonder about the same thing myself. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif All the players in LA know me too well, so I don't win enough to have a high win rate.

Yes, actually the population of guys playing VF4 is more higher than U.S,
and so various level of
VF players gathering in arcade everyday.
but also in japan, the biginners of VF4 could not see
in arcade recently... /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gifOf course,less than zero.

 

wanted to let people know there's gonna be some new LA media coming up shortly, thanks to Kreed for helping me host.

Since these are all from my memory card, there's a lot of footage of me, and Andy (LA Andy) /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif. Most of it's pretty recent, but some is 2-4 months old.

All the Jeffry/Pai/Aoi action is Andy, the Akira/Wolf is myself, and any Kage/Lau you see will be Joey. There's no footage of Mike90210, because he sucks.

So, here goes... enjoy.

Do you have access to a device that'll let you upload replay saves directly? It's sometimes interesting to be able to see control inputs . . .

 

bryan i can host also if you want, i got about 400 megs of webspace i can donate, with at tested 500k of upload speed.

*note about that akira having vengeance against kage thing i saw on irc before i got disconnected --- im sure the guy extrapolated that from the VF anime.

BTW I think somehow most of these clips happen to have me winning (although there are no blow-outs). This was an accident, as Andy and Joey usually kick my ass. /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif We're having a session tomorrow, so I'll get some more of them beating be down. BTW, I think the one Lau clip up at the moment is Sumeragi, not Joey.

Please delete that Akira-Pai movie from all memory cards, hard drives, and web sites. It's so ugly! All those missed guaranteed s and s, and of course the glorious jumping hammers. /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Seriously though, after watching those clips of myself I feel like I play so slowly - especially after seeing the Japanese players. Well, at least now I can finally practice at home!

We've got about 6 new clips up, most of which are from last week's session. All the new clips say "Sept. 8" by them in the directory. Again, it's almost all Andy and myself, but there's one up of Andy and Joey from a few months ago (it's all the Joey stuff I have).

Hope people enjoy the clips (last batch seems to have gone largely un-noticed /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif). BTW I found it easiest to use the "open URL in new player" command inside QuickTime to see them.

I was playing aound with the file size some this week, and found that I can get them smaller, at a small hit in quality (still totally watchable, though). Personally, I like the higher quality, but if people would like to see the clips, and are turned off by the 20-meg size of most of them, I can make them smaller. Let me know

Well just as a heads up bryan on file sizes, im running out of space on my site. I got roughly only a 100 megs left, so either some of the older clips go down in the next batch, or smaller file format. Its your call, i just upload them /versus/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

btw SDE DBL palm looks wrong . . .

 

how about this: after a few more days, we can drop the clips from last batch. that way we can free-up space, and make room for new stuff coming soon.
