About 18 months ago Sharon said give me one week, just one week and we can talk.
Arafat used what little power he had left with the hardliners and had them stop all attacks, that lasted for over a month, during that month Israel continued its assasination attempts at SUSPECTED Hamas members and killed over a dozen children, some in totaly unrelated incidents.
One week, one week is al I ask he said and becouse the attacks stopped he increased the provocations to get the hardliners to start attacking again and it still took over a month.

Yeah, in light of recent events, I dunno, walls never worked before, but I think the 3rd grade solution of seperating everybody is needed. The bombings must stop, there are NO excuses for them.
On the arafat situation, I think it was kinda wreckless what Israel voted on. That being said, they will not kill him. That would start the darth vader situation. I think keeping the little shit locked up in his hole in ramallah is the best course of action.
