Oioron, I knew somebody would post a vid of them beating some equally-leved opponent.

Why didn't beat this guy lifeless body after you won the match?
I am sure it would have been lots of fun right?

Sigh..Well since people are looking, hopefully alot see it and remember this stuff i'ma let you know..

I light/heavy pounce by accident, sometimes I repeatedly DMPK by accident ie. trying to evade shrm, or bodycheck. Anything I do during or after a round is not to disrespect, I like to move around alot so I can be really good at it one day, it looks cool when it works (to me), and it keeps me loose so if I got to bust out an instant dbl palm i'll be ready.

I don't care what you do during or after a round, you want to do the deadly stomp on my throat pounce with Aoi after a k.o.? Go ahead. Want to juggle me on a crumpled k.o.? By all means do it. You want to jump over me and crouch dash backwards into me? Go for it, really, what other time can you do something like that lol.

It boggles me that some of this stuff can make someone literally want to beat someones ass for doing any of this. Although we are all different and some people get mad way easier than others and over lil things. I guess some things just won't change. People getting upset for things other people do in video games has been around for as long as I can remember.

Me personally think the only time you could get mad at someone is if they're in the same room with you n calling you bitch and/or saying MF YOU AINT SHIT, TAKE YO SORRY AZZ BACK HOME N PRACTICE MF CUZ U STR8 STANK U UNCOORDINATED AZZ MF!! (lol) And mean it? That's something else..Now I do this with my friends while playing NBA2K n crossing up n dunking on each other but shit man we're boys n don't really mean it, we just say stuff like that cuz it's funny to us and we both be laughin like a mf.

I remember one time I crossed up like 3 cats with Kobe and str8 yapped it right on his center, immediately when that happend (I think Kobe was still hangin on the rim) w/o even calling a time out or pausing it I jumped outa my chair n said "OHHH" and justed looked at him with this serious azz look for like a minute not even saying nothin lol. Yea he kept scoring on me n I kept getting whistles for not passing the ball in but I didn't care cuz I just f'd him up lol, even he would look at me like every other 10-15 seconds to see what I was doing only to see me still lookin at him and he'd bust out laughin lol. We always do stuff like that.

Point of the story is we're all grown and all kinda know each other and should see these things as funny or just something to do, unless you're getting hate messages from somebody it shouldn't really be a problem. And if something someone does really in all honesty makes you so mad you would try to fight him about it, you should probly let that person know or put it in ur sig so it's always there for people to see and not just in that one post u wrote about it back in 07', chances are other dude will say "my bad man didn't know that" and will stop. Some will do it cause they know it pisses you off. I guess it's best to not play them or block em.

Try not to let stuff piss you off so we all don't have to be carefull with what we do and worry if so n so person might be hoping and waiting to see someone at a gathering so they can fight them on the last day to not ruin it for people, or even on sight. I mean dam it's a game c'mon now yall.

Just try and laugh about it, really u might end up being friends with that person and be able to play with mics and have fun talkin shit to eachother n crackin up about it.. Or you can just say "STFU Feau Fahhyouuu FU-AHCHA or whatever the fuck ur name is, some pounces on me shit is gonna get real in this mf" lol.

I don't know why i'm tryin to be some kinda DR.Phil/ Oprah in this mf, I'm taking this deeper than it needs to go go, I don't even like posting stuff, I really don't even want to hit this submit button but dam yall, we gotta put this petty azz stuff to the side man and just do what we do, play VF!!and sometimes rockband And have fun trying to get good or just have fun yall. And not take things so far.

I don't pounce for fun...there's really no rhyme or reason to it, i just do sometimes. Mainly probably because I can :p. There's really no disrespect involved. When my opponent talks to me and finds it disrespectful, I pay more attention to what I do after a round and stop doing it. But most people i play don't really care. I've only encountered people crying foul about this issue online. I've yet to meet and play someone in a gathering that cared so much about what's happening between rounds that they would bring the issue up.

I've had matches when I pounced on Itazan after i won a round, he didn't care.

Plus those videos are on two completely different environments...the first one against Brisal was a tournament match. The one against Itazan was Kage 101 :D. We were constantly talking, me asking questions and him giving advise.

As if you know me. This is one step away from the infamous "do you know who i am?" lol.

And also randy johnsons "don't talk back to me!"

Classic.

Carry on.

here's what i like to do. kill the opponent with mid kick, then OM around their back and BAM! low back throw! man i WISH i could ground throw a KOed opponent. that would just be awesome! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

i do all sorts of dancing after the round, but it's strictly because i don't like being idle when i play. gotta keep movin my hands so im alert for the next round i guess? even when the announcer goes, "FIGHT 1...READY...GO!" i am spinning the joystick around and mashing buttons until the match actually starts.

as far as slide goes. he's good enough to beat anybody on here. he knows what he's doing. holla!

OK I will say one more thing before I shut up for good, cause it's getting silly really.

I don't like people stomping on me because I find it offensive when:

1) they win one round every 10 and they stomp.

2) they are clearly better than me, but since I never stomp
anybody really, I expect people who I look up to not to
either.

I believe this is the same for everybody here, even if you
guys say its not.
I never see people stomping the lifeless body of somebody
they respect. And I watch loads of youtube vids.

To me respect=not stomping.

Prove it to me that you will stomp on anybody, anytime, and
I will be proved wrong.

so maybe the moral of this story is whether your opponent respects you. if they stomp, they don't. advice: don't play that person again. problem solved.

Damn this is back again?

No Stomping after K.O. = Respect!!!

Stomping after K.O. = A Sore Loser!!!

Air attacking After K.O. = Getting Loose for the Next Round.

Finishing out the combo when opponent is Crumbling to the ground after K.O. = Priceless!! Or Seeing if you can still perform the combo.

Jumping into the Water after a Round = Whew!!! just cooling off or showing a little comic relief.

This topic is funny, but I'm with Feaucha on this one. Reading his post made me think about all the stupid shit I do to my friends while playing any game. This is a game in the end and it's SUPPOSED to be fun. Some of you dudes just take shit so seriously and take the fun out of everything. None of you guys ever do a little shit talking or some silly stuff just to get a laugh or poke fun at your friend? I mean, I'll play call of duty 4 with my boy and everytime I get a kill I'll say something arnold style like "TO THE CHOPPER!" or "GET DOWN! I'M TRYING TO HELP YOU!" Haha, my favorite is "IT'S NOT A TUMOR! IT'S A BULLET!" I mean, we just do dumb shit. With all this being said, I don't dance or pounce after matches because I know alot of people for some reason take offense to it, but I wish we could all goof off with each other like that. Some of you dudes are just yearning for respect from everyone so bad you take everything the wrong way, but just lighten up. It's a game, and for the record, when slide does all that shit to me when he wins...I'm laughin my ass off cuz it's funny to me. It's just not that serious.

It's definitely funnier to stomp your buddy after the K.O. especially when playing offline.

The best is if you win w/stomp and then add another and another.

I miss offline.

I miss making EVM watch Super Replay K.O.

I am a Virtua Jerk.

I appreciate that, man.

Me too, I be laughing when doing the stuff sometimes. It's kind of interesting how creative you can get after rounds with the moves.
