I dance too, with eileen. I tend to do a flip with that happy jump, and repeat.

Moves and dances are fine. Stomps and kicks show no class.

My favourite MMA fighter is UFC's Anderson Silva. Watch him paying respect to his adversaries after he kicks their asses. That's class.

Judging from what I've read on this thread I'm guessing that you guys would like a fighting game where you can just spit on the opponent after a KO and in the sequel take a piss on them. Who knows, maybe in part 3 of "Fuck You: The Fighting Game" you might even be able to cop a squat and just go to town.
But, seriously, dont keep your fingers crossed /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smirk.gif

So how come opponents seem to float better upon KO? You can pull off some stupid shit on KO, SEGA wanted us to stomp 6 times with knee yay!

I mean kicking and stomping someone after a KO is so blatantly obvious as a stab at someone, while playing.

OK, OK.. this dude wants to stomp me after the round!? OK, round 2, let's do this! So when you win round 2 you gotta top whatever they did, or if it's a grudge match you gotta stomp them back just like they did you but you gotta make sure you kick them TWICE, or something.

The more fun I'm having, I'll do stuff after a KO, if not then I'll probably just stand there.

i generally dont like how people try to rub it in your face with a down attack after you lose.

its clear to say that anything but a down attack after a KO is fine right?

I don't down attack anyone after a round unless they do it to me first. OK I am not starting anything but, you hit me after you had won a round. In which case it I just did it for any rounds that were mine there after. No disrespect or rubbing it in, I just saw it as returning the favor.

Most people just do it because you can. I mean what else are you going to do? Stand there and wait the several seconds for the next round to start? Plus a lot of people just hit 8P on reflex when the opponent is down or when a round ends.

I will sometimes stomp or 2k or whatever tickles my fancy. It's not disrespectful, it's just that all I have to do after the round is hit attack buttons anyway, so what's the harm?

And I don't care if anyone does it to me.

People should stop worrying about that stuff.

Kicking someone on the ground over and over after the round is over, is without a doubt disrespecting.

At the same time this is just a game and nothing should be taken too personal, if anything someone who does this usually pumps me up to do better next round so I can return the favor.

Putting oneself in a position where they can be taken advantage of by the person that hits them while they are down isn't their fault, they won the match and to the victor comes the spoils besides alot of people will only repeat the favor and get them later as well and those few hits counts as hit that can win big matches and getting an extra hit doesn't do any real damage now does it. If people hate it so much don't lose any of your matches at all that way they won't be able to hit you while you are down after matches that way, that is how I see it. The game AI isn't going to let up any, it will attack as best it can even if it means getting people while they are down why shouldn't I do the same thing if it works for me. If am on the receiving end of it I certainly deserved it for losing the match so I can't blame them for doing it.

Ha! That wouldnt be the only person stealing it from...Ive been doing it ever since Akira learned to go backturned! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Anyway, out of all the things you can do after end of round, stomping the opponent is propably the most disrespectful, but I dont consider it a crime or anything. If player wants to be disrespectful, thats their option. Look at Goh's ending taunt. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
I dont react to it at all if opponent does it to me.

ps. I know Japanese are more sensitive about this stuff.

Jeez louise I can't wait until some of you encounter real-life disrespect in a situation that actually matters, like at work. Then you will see how silly getting your panties twisted over someone making their cartoon character kick your cartoon character really is. If some guy beats you online then comes to your house, screws your sister and kicks your dog, then you have a reason to be upset.

I first saw it in an IMF video in VF4E, so stole it from there /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Anyway, does anyone know: are the Japanese "allowed" to sober Shun after KO?

i think sober shun is allowed after the round.
as for me i hate stomping after the round, u can do whateva to me(combos,throws...etc) after the round, but i can't stand stomp...
maybe its online and u didnt see other pplz face or whatever, so u can stomp without worry...

P.S u can stomp me after u win, but i wont stomp back. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif
P.S.S stomp here means, after the rounds, 1 or 2 big downs, or 3 little down attacks...
