sorry joey for not telling you ahead of time, i ended up being really busy last night (rotating car tires among other things) and completely forgot about wednesday, I'll try to keep you better informed next time.

On a side note, anyone showing up tonight, i might show up early and leave early.

Although it seems like thursdays seem to be the meet up days for you guys, I was wondering if any of you guys would be willing to go tommorow (Friday). A few of my friends and I are gonna come up from South Orange County and it would be rather sweet to meet up with a VF'er or two.

SoCal VF4:FT on Thursdays (Friday!)

VF:FT on Thursdays is something not to be missed. Last night we got another one of those random "damn glad I'm here tonight" moments courtesy of <font color="blue">vf4akira!</font>

Also so very cool to play games last night with <font color="blue">LPC73, Betabow, PhoneixDth</font> (who had to take off earlier than usual), Bobby, and some newer players.

There are some rumblings about getting together again tonight. David mentioned the possibility of having some dinner beforehand so I, of course, magically came up with the idea of going to Frisco's at, say, 7p.m. How many of you are not suprised by my unusually innovative choice of venue? Realize that this is only an extremely powerful suggestion (++, (counter) +) /versus/images/graemlins/cool.gif Whatever happens, I do suggest planning ahead as Diamond Plaza and AI were totally swamped last night. I'm guessing tonight will be worse - it would be nice to meet for dinner at the restaurant and then go to AI and only have to do parking lot battle for one round.

Thanks to everyone who came out last night for Frisco's and FT with <font color="blue">vf4akira.</font>

Highlight of the evening was Catherine going on two Pai rampages - first with a 5 win streak, then with an 8 that ended in a tense battle with <font color="blue">GoatCheeseBlues</font>. Her comment on what made those performances possible: "People (meaning <font color="blue">Myke</font> and <font color="blue">Shag</font>) should come to our house more often."

It was absolutely insane.

Maybe you can show up to one of our local evo meets. We usually play FT on thursday, since its most convienient for the most of us.
