and some advice..bring some ear plugs. The game is in the middle of DDR and Guitar Freaks.Drummania combo. it will be very loud on some nights.

The only thing i didnt care for was the Stand Up Net City cabinets. The bar stools help, but what if they are taken?

You could also say that cars help, but what if they are stolen? You planning on leaving your car locked up at home all the time instead of driving it?

I don't think this will be much of an issue. Every time we meet for GF11/DM10, I see the same chairs at the table and the same two stools at Drumania.

usually there should be plenty of stools, there's even a couple by where typing of dead is near the counter. If there really isn't any, just stack 4 of those miny stools and it should be the same. It was either put FT in those tall versus city cabinets with hi-res monitors or just have ft on the regular monitors that evo was on. Yah it is louder in its current location but I don't mind it since i can check out the hot asian girls playing guitar freaks while im on VF...

1) What about for versus play? Is it the same price as a continue?
2) How much are cards (I'll be ecstatic if they're under $3.00)?
3) Lastly, even though I think I know the answer...is versus play set to three rounds?

versus same price as single (just gotta pump in the continues)

versus round best of 5(default), we're trying to get single to best of 7

when we were playing evo cards were $5, doubt itll change

im gonna show up between 9-10 tonight, either on FT or samsho 5, probably samsho 5 to make my money last a bit longer . . .

me brian, brian, bryan, andy, ticky, DOBES, and of course DOBES showed up for last night untill we got kicked out.

Cool part is that some random spectators started playing also.

i came around 6:30 or so and the player 2 wasnt working still, then andy and spotlite showed up and we rotated on some single player challenge mode. About 9:00 - the owner shows up to try to install the 2p side. Apparently he's missing a part to get FT working on a Hi Res cabinet. Fortunately he could still install it onto the old lower res evo cabinet (something better than nothing) , so we all ate at the boat untill he got it installed.

about 10:30 or so FT was finally installed, and we basically played until we got kicked out almost at 2. With about 20-30 minute rotations, nobody finished up their $5. And pretty fun use of new moves for the night.

On a side note, hopefully we'll eventually get upgraded to Hi Res, its pretty cramped and rude we're taking up so many seats. Also, maybe we can get a coin slot that works a little better?

Catherine, my friend Glenn, and I will be going to Frisco's Diner at 8:00 for dinner tomorrow night (it's on Gale between Azusa and Fullerton). If any SoCal players want to meet us for dinner there that would be fine.

I imagine we'll be at AI by around 9:00 or so.

It's great to see you guys got FT. It's really a big improvement over EVO, I don't care what anyone says... it just feels better =) The new animations are sick as well...

Just a heads up...
I'm heading over there today since I have a HUGE break in between classes. I doubt anyone else has the same free time, but I should be there around 1:30. I would put it off until I sure people are going to be there, but my weekend sucks hard...so little free time.

money runs out quick when theres no competition

toms there everyday after 10pm, if you want something consistent.

That would work very well for me. Those are my best days, my class ends at 12:45, and it takes me close to 45 minutes to get there (traffic in consideration). I'll pm you on which of those days I'll be going. Or hell, that's what Jamboree is for. I might as well just post it here.

I learned that the hard way /versus/images/graemlins/frown.gif I ended up spending $10 today...but $2.14 of it went for $.99 tacos. Excellent news too, it's $3.00 for a card. I started up my Brad card today, but I couldn't figure out how to buy anything. Next time it'll be Jeff.
