Great to see people posting on the Arcade Infinity Final Tuned thread. We've even got posts from out of state Evo2k4 visitors.

Brisal73/LPC73 made a follow-up to LonelyFig's post that I really like. No name-calling, etc. I don't recommend any further mention of it on the AI board as I felt it was summed up very well. I'd rather see energy spent toward positive requests for the game.

Keep up the good work, maybe we'll see it around Evo2k4. I hope every new post brings us a step closer to FT at AI.

Lots of VF going on this week. I'll be at Evo2k4 this year. I'm also looking forward to the 96 Hour Battle. I think it will run Thursday night through Sunday night. I've been to the location before. Looks to me like a great place to hang out when you're tired of the crowd at Evo2k4. Outdoors at night in SoCal this time of year should be great. Lots of room to relax at GoatCheeseBlue's place.

last friday i was talking with plague and apparently - he's been keeping track of the mini tourney stats.

I think if I brush up on my mySQL skills and html, itll be a fun idea to start a ladder ranking chart. Probably run a mini tourney every chance we get and hopefully itll encourage more competition.

Just throwing the idea around. But ill try to start relearning some databasing. Hopefully this will encourage a larger socal VF scene also

SoCal alive and well

There was VF at my house last night. I'm pretty speechless. Big tourneys draw incredible players. I really like that you all came all the way out here.

So, my french 14 year old cousin came out to visit last week. A girl.

And she whipped my ass in VF4Evo. Now, granted, she was using my arcade stick and I was stuck with the pad...but damn.
And to think...I lost an easy ranking match to her too. She was a bastard with Pai.
