Increasing your ranking

Yes! It's so tedious earning spheres, moving up n all that... Add to this the fact that the comp is such a pain to play against!

For e.g., this always works (don't believe me? go try! In the Japanese version that is; don't know about the US version) in Kumite mode: punch (must hit of course), then immediately enter a throw. The computer always falls for it, mostly cos it always blocks after you get a punch in. /versus/images/icons/crazy.gif

And in Kumite mode, once you've executed the same throw (e.g. b, P+G) more than 3x in a single match with the comp (the comp. must have been thrown/must have escaped the throw), it will 100% escape this same throw forever, for that particular match. So you can forget about using this throw in say, rounds 2 and 3, if you've already executed this throw 3x in round 1. /versus/images/icons/smirk.gif

What they should implement: something like what they intend to do for FFXI - online real-time matches with REAL human opponents! /versus/images/icons/grin.gif

 

Does that mean you can win 3 versus matches and go in kumite to fight a high king??

You said in other posts that both your main character and your A.I. are High Kings so you should know already....
Anyway, at <font color="white"> Subjugator </font color> you have to win 10 matches against other subjugators without getting defeated. You can quit out anytime you want, just don't get beaten.
If you get your winning streak interrupted, you will go to Demonlord once you reach 12 wins (against other Subjugators).
