Dude... makes me wanna go to NYC =P
That's sick that you got some experience with Japanese players. We all need more of that. =P

This footage is six month old people, probably older. We sucked big time back then. But after meeting Kyasao we jump up a couple of levels.

Yup, some people don't seem to realize that players have become that MUCH better since then.

Those were definitely some good matches and as ppl got past the fact that they were playing ppl that they've seen in videos, ppl started to do better and that is tight. I'm also glad that in the past months from this event, the NY ppl have improved their game by alot seeing as vf is a constant state of growth. Good job all

some people don't seem to realize that no one is judging the players' skills but merely their performances in the video.

    Great Work!!!!

I was very impressed with the Video.
The Intro was Very Cool and shows dedication.
I want to know more how this event was arranged.
For instance, what was Famitsu part in the event?
Did you rented that place for the event?
Who paid for the travel tickets of the Japanese players?

The competition of VF in my country is close to none, so I am starting an Internet site to spread the word about a few fighting games that are great and not know in the Dominican Republic. Of course, Virtua Fighter is the main reason for the site.

I also would love to see more, is there more on the DVD? Are there videos from other previous events?

Ahh, last but not least, I would like to be able to identify the NYC team by name and nickname. For example: I would like to see the “I’m going to beat his ass†playing. He is indeed a very funny guy. By the way, CREWNYC kind of stood still against Kyasao at the end of the last round. Was that on purpose?

Anyway, Great Work guys and sorry that this post looks like a Christmas list.

Hot stuff guys...many thanks for sharing.

Some wins from fellas who call the states home would've been good to see and surely were available, but generally the matches were nicely competitive and a joy to watch.

Oh yeah...I for one thought Konjou showed a pretty sweet Akira in those matches.

Well, it's really a matter of funds.... and time.

Until I can get through school and start making some real money, I'm gonna have to grit my teeth and play as much as I can in SD =P

Great big vid! Someday i can meet with firends just watching those matchmovies-movies /versus/images/graemlins/laugh.gif for hours.

Kyasao and that Aoi-player were damn owning. Who of the NY-guys has contact with Kyasao so that they can meet him?....it looks like Kyasao loves travelling to the U.S.A and that some of you on VFDC know him already. No japanese players come to germany....darghh...
