TFAM. I didnt know if it was me or u that disconnected, but we had a real good battle going. GG's on goh vs Brad. ya we should play more bro. Im trying to get in alot of games more games this yr than b4 and play more ppl i havent played with inawhile.

Barbura: Lei vs Goh was fun. we both played with good defense, alot of throw escapes. Good to play with a guy who will play for a long time. i never threw escape like that before ( : usually.. i have a hard time on zero frame throws after PP.. maybe i was delaying it much better. i duno. the time i was being dealt damage was 2p into DELAY throw. didnt mind the 2p toss, i could fuzzy or eteg.. the delay after 2p messed me up which worked really well in his favour. I been doing good vs lei lately.. but i need to focus on an lei that can lock me down. a lei that wont let me practise mid distance and lows all day. i should prob go bother same luck raider, i got sweeped by him last time. ill c what i can do this time around.

and if i have time, autopiloting with shun.

Hey KOBi, waverusher, i got ur msg about goh stuff. srry i havent had any time to get around to that. not being a snob. i just kinda been off doing my own thing. but if ur free later tonight im down to show u couple of things. by the way how is ur goh going? but, just come into KAMs WEI or CP's party tonight, C if im on. If im in a party with japanese guys, dont worry, just come in and ill leave, unless im in a vf tourney with them

So who's the hotness online nowadays? who's stepped up? any more influx of newbloods trying to get in (this late in the game )

or just the tried and true loyal warriors left, with a smattering of old-school part-timers playing?

 

I just got back online a couple of days ago so I'm not sure but it's kinda hard to get matches. Even this site is dying slowly and all cuz Sega won't tell us anything about FS. I don't know why all the secrecy. If they announced that FS is being ported a lot more people would be online playing getting ready for FS.

I don't mind that there's been 2 newer versions that only the Japanese get to play as much as I mind how Sega is killing the interest in VF5 by not saying anything about FS. It's really hard to be faithful to this game when there's hardly anybody to play it with.

 

No worry man, and I didn't get back online either yesterday.

ahhh. I've had the urge to turn it on a little lately (i'm sure playing would quash that quickly enough.) but sadly, i got my 2nd RED RING OF DEATH for christmas, and there is nothing on xbox now, or coming up, that is awesome enough to motivate me to send it in ASAP.

So for now, i'm casually scrubbing it up on starcraft. With extra emphasis on casual AND scrubbiness. I'm on that "lose one practice game a week (and win none" time frame

gg's to an amazing shun player i played last night. 3 bars to japan which is a first. i wonder why i get better connectoin their than east coast NA.
a shun i couldnt throw.. oddly could break my delayed throws too.
Battles were very close for 20 min... and i guess i got mentally fatigued playing DEF goh, and i got crushed in the end. But at least i got off double bounce wall combo with goh, which felt good. Overall, my game towards shun has improved, i know the frames, but i need to focus on sobering now. hit boxes after Single PALM was a lil wierd...sometimes.

Eureka: nice lei fei.

i need to play more than 1 match per day.. im gettnig rusty

GGs Mitsuruga, thanks, you have some really good setups and tactics. I noticed that you don't rely on 2K and DMP+K as much anymore. That's really good towards expanding your game. From your style I can tell that you play offline too... not sure if it's just Quest mode but you're not abusing lag and Eileen's 10f jab which you could if you really wanted to.
My Brad's real easy to figure out (predictable!), you just have to play me more often and/or watch my vids

GGs Dennis, forgot to say that from the other day. Lag between us wasn't as bad the last time we played. It was my first day back online but that Lion is a BEAST! Man you're a beast with most characters you play. Great to see you still playing VF.

Sorry about lag last time and I had the same problem w Plague at that night after our games. I had to re-log in to see if I could get better connection recently and have no idea wtf is going on w my router. Now Mack is the only player I have full bars minimum lag to enojoy VF online.

My account is going to be expired next month I think, and probably not able to renew anymore. I'll try to reach you for sure during the weekend when I'm on XBL

My exroomate used to renew my account cuz I gave him my dead ring Xbox360 for free. Both of us barely use it and I think he is not going to renew anymore.
