GGs to KoC. fun 4-5 we played there. not sure what happend tho? you were going a little statuesque on me? I assume you must have had some company, or momentary distractions going on, b/c before that you had a set with my bro and after that you had a short set with my bro, both of which seemed to be much more active. always fun regardless.

Tfam: well, can't say too much the social ruin didn't say, so i'll say it the same. oki game is gangbusters, i'm scared to stand up, scared to lay down, scared to do a rising kick for it might get countered, or a lowkick b/c you'll do that dinky jumpkick and it links to a 60+pt damage combo?

Nice use of OM k, and well, just OM in general. you always had that going with lau and it was viscious, nice to see you put that back into you brad game too!!! just what brad (and tfam) needed, another freaking offensive weapon. Brad befuddles me to no end. i have no idea where to duck, where to block, where to 2p, where to do akira's/pai's reversals, when to evade, back dash, crouch dash, fuzzy, you name it, and i'm blind.

I'll break back out some more pai, she's as close as i got to a main these days. i've taken suuuuuch a looooong break from lei that he just doesn't cut it anymore. Plus, i never used him with the joystick, so i have no old muscle memory to fall back on. the joystick is aces with akira and pai, but i get confused with lei fei. It was comical how many rounds were excellents in those pai vs brad, and the ones that werent, one of us would take 60% of the others power, and then the other one would swoop back in and "excellent" the rest of the round. ahahhahhahhha, at you knocking me out of the ring but landing first. THATS WHAT YOU GET FOOL!

Social Ruin. that lei fei is a best. an offensive juggernaut. if there is any hesitation in any opponent, its over. 5 games, 10 games, whatever, down the drain. too good. (too cheap too damnit, but thats the monk ). i can't compete with that. but, i'm glad that my akira has stepped up enough that its competitive with both your jacky and goh. not super-competitive, but at least they are games now.

EMX, well, we didnt really get to play. i had just put in my johstick (SF4) but the buttons were still configured for social ruin's hori....soo that wasn't working. tried to reinvite you, but b4 you came back tfam stole the show. feel free to invite whenever.

Man, i wasn't trying to play around with new stuff soo much at the end there, as you had broke me down, and i was toast. But there is always a learning oppertunity, a chance to get better in every beatdown. I wasn't going to improve enough during the set to make it an even challenge, that brad is just better than my akira. but taht didn't mean i couldn't work out some new tricks for next time we play.

Since you do such a good job at using offense (even whiffs) to move into close range to rain down damage, i was trying to see if i could catch your come-ins with some of akira's slower, longer, stronger moves. didn't work terribly well. outside of that, i was trying to figure out under which circumstances i could stuff your offense with 3 p+k+g and which ones i couldn't. which is why i started spamming that move too much.

lol, well, now that i spelled all that out, on second thought, sounds like you were on point. hahahaha, hard to argue i wasn't "trying new stuff out".

Good games to everyone I've come across. I have bounced around quite a bit over the last couple months so I can't remember everyone I played. But as an effort to try and recall some things, I do remember having some wild matches against several Jeffry players like GodEater, JINXHAND, THE WEIAND and AllraisinX, and a few Sarah players like Boa Hancoock and kotetutimon (sp?) over the past few weekends.

Also I remember playing Gentleman Thief's Goh, tonyfamilia's Jacky, carmarco's Wolf, CF White Worm's Wolf and Eileen, shadowmaster's Vanessa, Tha FeauchA's Akira, Shaka Zulu 1's El Blaze, HK September's Kage, hoshano's Kage, SULLCRUSHER89's El Blaze, Kirisen's Akira and Pai among many others.

Plus I had a memorable 9-round match with Melsted and his Akira. Heh, the type of momumental collapse I had in that one should've been YouTubed. That match certaily was as a classic one in my book though.

Nah I mean you know how if you ring your opponant out you can run into a half wall and keep running? I thought you could do that against a character. That's what I was trying to do when i was just running at you lol. But it forces you to walk as soon as you get within about 5 feet.

i personally like it that there is such a variety of playing styles/goals to play against online. I like that i can play mackfactor, smb, or boris and explore and just enjoy playing while not always focusing on wins/losses. I also like that i can turn it on and invite tony or SDS and play to focus on the bottom line of winning and losing. Allows me to match my opponent with my mood. I think it's a good thing.

ps. Sarah vs Goh was one of the more unbalanced matchups there for Sarah, but Im happy you enjoyed kicking my ass.

It's some cat on xbl who plays Lion and does nothing but sweeps and 1 poke... Everytime I play him he runs away and sweeps, and might do a punch and grab... Matches got boring, so I bounced last time I fought him...

ggs, japancity.. i played this joker just to practice escaping wolfs DM p+k. Escaped about 10 of them in 4 games and he quit. Hahahahahahahaha. I asked him if that's how he really played, and he told me he hadn't warmed up yet

to each their own, but i CANNOT imagine playing the game like this!!!
