GGs man. Yeah I know about that special high : P, I was just being stupid. I can still play Goh, but I don't really use him anymore. I think Jacky and Akira are probably my strongest characters currently but I was just going to use Pai as my main. Gotta bit of leveling to do with her.

 

Just make sure you video tape it for Kamais, he'll pay good money for that shit.

GG'S with pai. My bad about not knowing how to fight pai. I love the jab tossing ( its my weakness ), with our connection which is better than before, fuzzy guard is not useful.. I had a hard time doing a 14 fr mid after ur move gets blocked. It works both ways since me and u like to poke.. u gotta a nice offense with pai. I HATE just sitting around with goh and waiting... WHEN I play off, i get hit by the 1 KK. Im down for some matches against pai again today.

You should look me up since people claim you have a great pai possibly the best player that still uses her often. I would like learn how to play her better since I am not getting any better with her the way I play her right now and people claim you have a unique way of using her. The last Pai player to kick my ass badly was Kingo and that was sometime ago too.

Ultralewis I want to see how well you grew as well since our last Pai mirror. It should be interesting to see if you can beat me now.

ggs to mackfactor, It was a weird matchup. I felt like u were definitely bringing the strength of eileen to bear on me, but at the same time it didn't include the usual skillset of things YOU do during a match. I would get so frustrated sometimes, man her combos just rip life off of ya. Nice playing man, maybe next time we'll rerun that akira vs eileen, and u can mop me up for a while.

ggs to KoC. Thanks for playing my goh after my lei. I enjoyed our games. The lag wasn't too bad, but it wasn't too good. I was hoping it was gonna be ur akira. Last time i played ur AK i was impressed by what u were u doing. But still, it's also cool to wait and see, who is KoC gonna use this time. I need to hurry up and learn a 3rd character. I waited long enough to get a 2nd tho...

ggs to waverunner kobi. I think maybe u need to attack more. You do a lot of watching and a lot of defending, make sure u turn that defense into something.

It's funny, people want to play my lei cause he is stronger than my goh. But i don't enjoy using lei right now, because i can either continue to improve my goh that is getting better and better, or use a subpar, rusty version of my lei. IDK, it's funner to play with my goh than an 80% lei right now, even if that lei is still stronger than my goh. So if anyone has wondered why i'm hesitant to play them sets with lei, that's it. But it's still fun to break him out every once in a while, so i don't mind, ultimately.

 

Many thanks to HowBoutSum, Kaminari_Oyaji, mackfactor, and Kobi for a ton of games last night. I think I played for 2.5 hours almost non-stop.

Funny story: I often get ideas in my head about how people sound in real life by looking at their avatars and posting style. I know this is highly unreliable and I do it anyway. Last night I got to hear WEIAND's voice for the first time ever...

This guy uses rough and gritty Hulk faces for XBL, posts in all caps in his bio, and often says mildly in-your-face-type-stuff with ALL CAPS

So I'm in a XBL Party last night and I hear someone asking who I am. The conversation continues and I discover I am talking to WEIAND. I tell him that I expect him to talk like this...

Even though my voice derivation attempts via avatar appearance provide wildly inaccurate results, it's still too much fun. Try it yourself if you've never heard, say, DaBadSeed's voice before. Look at his avatar and his post. Picture the avatar speaking those words. I guarantee you will not guess what he sounds like when speaking.

good game to you too. I'm used to offline so when I can't break a throw(you throw giant swings like its going out of style probably cuz I never break it I would do it too.) anyway your wolf is beast hope we get some more games in.

 

Trust me Shadowlord, Theifs Pai is the real deal. I pride myself in coming up with ways to trick my opponent, but it seems as if Theif has an active learning engine. The strongest part of my game is inside fighting, I see and react very well up close. But Gentleman Theif is always one step ahead of me! I thrive on the game within the game and hes one hell of an adversary.

The part you pointed out was reserved for Gentlementhief and his Pai not yours. Still I want see how well you play and if you got better since our last encounter. If 2p has you scared like that then I am abit concerned, you should be able to handle 2p after all this time.

 

^You really shouldn't be losing to 2P, Pai has way too many good options to deal with 2P in advantage and disadvantage.

Also, good job alternating which direction of half circulars u used. Don't know if u did that on purpose, but it worked well.

Sorry mac. My mic broke again, and I haven't had so much time to play VF. But in a few weeks I will be available and have a good working mic. We can resume Van training then.
