Konjou, the reason your having trouble with 236 motions may have to do with the fact the HORI stick has a 4 way plate in there, then a 8 way. I just order my 8 way plate from lizard lick. Let me know if you want your stick modded, guy.

 

Has anyone ever noticed the amount of time you are allowed for buffering quarter circles? It's ridiculous. Not only that but you can do them very slowly. For example with Shun's hook punch, let's say I take a drink, before that's over I can buffer in /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif, then walk forward for about half a second, then enter /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif, and still wait a bit until I press /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif.

Now that I think about it the above may not work as well as just buffering in the whole movement, then simply delay the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif.

I actually do this quite often in certain situations. For anyone that hasn't experimented with this try it. However, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the delay only works with buffering.

 

Yeah... actually all my buffering is done by crouching dash for any VF character except the ones that have quarter circle motions.

I had a really crappy day on XBL. My favorite match of the day was vs MrExpertOptiUK I think in a mirror match. Ive heard him mentioned before here. Alot happened today, and I realise that I didnt get any better. GG's to Bizazz, ummm123, Yip, KOD and a host of others. If I didnt mention u im sorry, Im just so tired now. Oh god, that Sejuro Hikko 666 guy has swithed to Lion, my poor ankles are still sore. Ohhh, DaBadSeed ggs. Im gonna have to go to training just for Bizazz... Low punch punishment on Jackie. Yeah, once I got used to some of the delays you threw into your attacks it was over, but to your credit you do fight a lot differently then the other Akiras I tangled with tonight.

After we fought those last times, my night went into the shitter tho. Almost got deranked, but pulled one out versus Gentleman Thief, then went on to terrorize some Sarahs to repair my rank. Crazy night.

GG KingofCarnage, Jinxhand, Krsjin (one fight, but you came damned close to pulling it out), GentlemanThief, and anyone else I can't remember. Was like 4 hours, so ouch lol /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

GG Dennis0201 as well. Looks like X-box Live was acting up for a few people last night, myself, King of Carnage, few others.

 

Thanks to Dennis and Akiralove for indulging me in some player matches even though the connection was less than ideal. I always havea fantastic time playing either of them.

For example, every time when I'm behind of u, u always can throw or attack me. And I have to guess which side should I escape....
SO POWERFUL SKILL!!! I think I need to realize Goh more and more and more~

 

Good Games to Sudden_Death and Shinn Akira tonight. Very intense back and forth battles where one party would figure out the other and then change up and vice versa. Defintely good times. Please hit me up for more games soon fellas. Also, I would like to get some games in with you dennis if and when your free. Let me know what works good for you?

Props to the "BadSeed" last night. That pedigreed save me, you had me GG's. What's with the amount of people that are turtling with Jacky lately? I fought this 9th DAN from Japan, and all he kept doing was backing away to the end of the stage and try to bait me into the Beat Knuckle....And that's all he keep doing. Oh well, thanks for homeboy slacking, I'm close on becoming a 9th DAN with Wolf/El Blaze. Watch out Chief Flash, I'm coming for your title baby! LOL.

Don't worry about vigaku, man. That cat does nothing but kick-sommersaults(-31) with Sarah, and spam PP2K(-18),no switch kick, no flamingo, no dragon cannon, no serpent cannon, and only neutral throws, and that shit was near impossible for me to punish properly when I played him 2 weeks ago. Cat was playing the game like it was DOA, and that shit was working. Could've been due to the connection or that I just froze up due to how illogical spamming a -31 is even after it's punished. Those matches had put me into "VF Woes" back then, cause i felt the "better" player lost. I can't believe I thought he was decent, once I stop losing to shenanigans like that it's about to be a wrap for players that do retarded shit like that.

No, he was already 9th when I ran into him. He almost demoted me (beat me 2x), and I beat him the third when I was going to be demoted.
