Super GGs to Beligerent Feck. The Home Plug thing has made my connection a lot better and it was the least laggy match i've had in ages. The timing of 236KKK was actually pretty close to what it is offline, which is amazing.

There was actual defence going on and with all the fuzzying and ETEG'ing it felt like i was actually playing VF properly [IMG]

Nice to know you've improved right along with me mate. We gotta play more often, i'll come up with some special Eileen shenanigans just for you.

    speaking of eileen,

ggs to xyz98xyz, ok so i don't know ur actual name [IMG] ggs buddy. I always know i have to have my mind in high gear when i play you. You have a fast and potent offense man. Hell, even when i stagger recover your 3p+g throw i still cant stop you from racking up the damage lol. Excellent flow charts. Your offense is on point, and when it gets going there is nothing i can do to stop it. look forward to playing u more [IMG]

[8][P]+[K]+[G] - [6][6][P] - [2][P] x 2(3) (when up close) and just wait for the DM... block the DM and just throw! HE NEVER THROW ESCAPES! This should solve all your problems.

Yeah they were fun games Marly, no offense but it's normally frustrating to play you, our connection made everything too difficult. That home plug you've got has sorted that now though, I can finally play normally against you [IMG]

Don't go to hard on me with the Eileen shenanigans, it'll make me [IMG]

GG's to Rodnutz - Fun unusual matches as allways lol!!! How many neutral throw break with tidbits of health we had?

GG's to Settra - Nice Jacky. Solid Movements.

GG's to Air Jacky - Nice to see you stick around. you can tell i was just bullshittin around with. you really are working on the sword cancel i see.

GG's methylidene - you got better. soemtime when i think you going to guard you just keep attacking and it frustrated me because i got caught with it. taken into account the little lag. it made the FS more eadly.

GG's to the Worstplayer - it seems like 1 and done is the norm at work.I pray one day you can stay for a while so i can neutralize that Shun.

GG's to Gentlementhief - Nothing wrong with your Goh you did good. Goood games all around.

GG's to whomelse i may have forgotten.

Yessir, that's about the ticket. Glad you realized it since most people just get pissed off. I work from home half the time so I'm constantly answering phone calls, answering questions, etc. Its real estate work so it comes in spurts. VF is kind of background noise lol, I found out that the session waiting music keeps me focused during work hours lol

GG's To Rodnutz - Always a pleasure. Atleast i can stay a little sharp.

GG's to VFNumbers - Nice Session MAn and killer Lei Fei. Stay focus a little longer during matches and you can get over the hump easier. Don't be discourage if your opponent gets one good round on you.

GG's to Whomelse i've played and forgotten about.

Ok, look Konjou, I really have no idea what you seem to have against me. I already told you it's hard to fight someone normally when they only repeat 3 or 4 moves for the entire match. And on top of that I was doing some heavy stylistic experimentation when we last fought. Don't force me to post a video of our last match (which I saved) to demonstrate exactly how you were fighting when you came to the conclusion my style was so lame.

ggs overfiend u have a killer jacky bro, my lei isnt killer enough its too passive offensively and inconsistent. i dont know how to fix it maybe i should remove my guard button in dojo and use movement more to substitute guarding.

Believe it or not, he is trying to help you. Consider why a Lei Fei who can apply defence could make things hard for an Eileen user by using and abusing those 3 moves. Make the relevant adjustments and show him. [IMG]

Like I have told you over and over again. I have nothing against you or could careless how you choose to play the game. I just find your style boring and very predictable which is why I just avoid matches with you.

If you want to post the vid then post the vid. Just make sure you post an accurate summary with it, which is simply that I was not even trying to win. Now depending on the match you post let's get the info right... in one set we played I realized that you would not switch up ever and you would NEVER throw escape EVER and all you do is just walk back, walk back, walk back, walk back, walk back, walk back, walk back, throw random 66K if it hits you apply combo, if it whiffs or is defended you DM. So to have fun because I wasn't in the zoning mood I decided to play like how you do which is to just mash. So I mashed super randomly with my Lei and you got like 10 in a row or somethinig. Seriously bro, do you think on your best day and my worst you could get 10 in a row on me? I'll even let you pick the character and I guaranty it will never happen.

This lame style you have is not hard to beat or hard to figure out. So after like almost 10 wins mentally I just give up and deemed you hopeless because time and time you have contacted me for help and time and time I have told you what you need to work on to be a better player. Almost 3 years later I have yet to see ANY improvement. I see super noobs doing TE's and have yet to see you do 5 in 3 years.

Now the other vid could be of me just trying to fuzzy guard EVERYTHING you were throwing at me. I was just doing this to improve my guarding and also my ability to punish a whiff throw. Really you can't tell the difference from when a player you can't beat is trying and not trying?

What you think is improvement honestly is not in my opinion. The reason you beat a lot of people such as the people in the Shakedown is simply because they are trying to do to much while you do nothing but just walk back, walk back, walk back, walk back, walk back, walk back, walk back, throw random 66K if it hits you apply combo, if it whiffs or is defended you DM. If they just stayed still and walk back a few times themselves I honestly don't think you would have won 1 match.

What happens is they get frustrated and then their frustration turns to desperation because of all your [P][P][P][P][P][P][P][P][P][P][P][P][P][P][P] mashing, so they just charge at you head first just running into your random DM's and [P][P][P][P][P][P] mashing.

That post I made was directed to Social Ruin who was looking for advice. Take it how ever you like, but I honestly don't care how you interpreted. I never deemed myself the professor of VF nor have I ever deemed myself elite amongst anyone here. The players of VFDC gave me those titles, so I do my best to live up to it by offering advice to EVERYONE whether I like them or not. Really I have tried to be nice to you and point out the things you need to do to be a better player, but I guess because you still pull wins you just sweep it under the rug... remember bro YOU contacted ME and not the other way around.

That was funny when u msg me, TRUTH goh is exhausting. When i first started playing VF i can just play goh non stop... nowadays i play goh like 2 long sessions and im good. But, ill do the Lei and goh match next time, u have my word. Hey i duno if u ever played with Vanessa but she feels alot like goh sometimes. When I played my vanessa vs ur lei, i liked how u wait with lei fei and wait for my failed evades. Patient lei's are tough to fight. I usually like to take 1 approach when i fight lei fei, evade to stomach... but when ppl start delaying... I have hard time. Eileen vs Lei was fun. I duno why, but I have been taking alot of interest in EILEEN lately. Eileen is not exhausting and is fun, i like that fact that i can abare with 10 frame jab and i dunohave to worry about CH until like minus 5-6-7, since most damaging CH starts from 16(but most of them need a cf motion so CH kinda starts from 17 )18,19. the most i might get hit with a mid kick or a mid punch plus she also takes alot of DMG. Social, im gonna be asking for ur helf in the near future, i have to go over lei again.

GG'S XYZ: thanks for showing me some EILEEN STUFF last couple of days and coming on the mic and teaching me eileen flowcharts and stuff. Im having a blast with eileen.

ggs mackfactor. That goh brutalized my goh. lol. i should have seen that coming. idk what was wrong. i was having a lil trouble doing...everythign [IMG] You do have a couple setups i really like though. I do have a question. I could see the knee oki coming from a mile away, and about 10 times i tried to time it with the knee sabaki. Is this not possible vs knee oki?

and yeah the lei vs ur subs was fun too. except for the whole time i would have to look at the clock after everygame, and was in 'count down how many hours and minutes of sleep i can get before work'-mode. lol, i don't see how u compare vane to goh. She seems as different as lei to goh. Also, damn she can take a chunk of life with a right guess (just like lei). nice stuff man.

ggs asazuba (spelling?). I could tell you seem pretty good. But our lag was crippling. I could duck a throw to save my life, but with the lag, may as well just go on an offensive assault anyway.

That's an interesting thing to point out.

I find I have an easier time (on the most part)against good players than I do with people who aren't as good.

I've never really had the "step back and play safe" mentality which is why I suppose this is. I guess I'm going to have to learn it as I lose a lot to people who just flowchart their way through a match. I always put it down to me not knowing that character (which I still believe a lot of it is) but I think my approach in general might simply be wrong.

I play people who know how and when to attack and defend so when I play someone who doesn't I think I give them much more credit than I should. I try to adapt as if they are learning as we go along yet I get beat because they never do.

I'm not a great player, not even close but I think that being able to see a match as it's happening is an important skill and one I need to learn in order to better myself whilst playing against people at both ends of the spectrum.

Lately I've been trying to remedy this, I've started playing "boring" against those who don't know what they're doing. Perhaps only using 2-3 moves because I know it will beat them or simply doing nothing but throwing them for rounds on end.

I'm not sure if it's hurting or helping me though.

    Only time will tell.
