I noticed everyone getting better. Good games to all. VF5HSter who is this guy, we went 1 and 1 but hes pretty mean. Never seen him before. I had fun with everyone. Some guy quit on me tonight right at the end of a combo, precious win loss record. Ahhh....... Just frame goodness.

LOL To the Chief. GG's to JHow77, all I needed was one more hit and BOOM, it would've been over, but nooooooooooo you had to get all fancy and shit, Once you went into that "Cocain Stance" with Shun, I had no clue on WTF you was doing. Speech less, I tell you. Props. Back to Dojo with Wolf. The bright is that I made it to 8th Dan with today /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif BTW, I was getting closer to 9th DAN until some dude pulled on me, and all of a sudden my meter went back to the middle /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif Thats BS man.

 

Well I gave up on Eileen not because she was hard to play, but simply cause I can't do quarter circle motions in VF. I find this extremely weird for someone who has been playing SF since the very first one. There is something about the way quarter circles are designed in VF and I just can't do it consistantly, so canceling into her moves became more of a chore than a pleasure. There is no way to win with her on a high level if you can't cancel at will, so I dropped her. This is the same problem that plagues me with Shun, because I can't do his Chowan Upper at will either. But even though my time with her was short lived. I think I still did a decent job compared to what's out their now. To this day Eileen players still haven't evolved in my opinion. The only one that impresses me is Outfoxd and he just started using her. Great mixups and can do her combos, even the ones that go into her triple aerial kicks. To this day I still don't see Eileen players hit this combo.

 

GG to you ShinobiFist. You're right, that was a close one - down to the last hit! The third round finally got me the drinks I needed for the fourth and fifth.

Thanks to all for the posts in the last few days. One thing on topic, runaways. I agree! God Damn is that annoying. The only thing more annoying than that is cable pullers. I've seen this more and more with Japanese players. This morning it happened with three different players and there was no lag with any of the matches. One guy (and I can't remember his name) kept pulling if he felt he wasn't gonna win. To make it worse we were both Hunter rank and he needed one more to be promoted. I can't believe someone would pull before the last round has even started. I kept playing him because I was frustrated but he kept pulling on the last match. Finally he beat me. I shouldn't even have played again, but I was desperate to win the last round quickly so he couldn't pull. He's pathetic because I was purposely half trying so it would go to the last round so he thought he had a chance, then I lose! Oh well.

GG to Tatsuki (None Other). We played a couple matches this morning - 1 and 1 then I had to go to work. Hunter vs. Warrior too. Rodney if you see this I just found out he lives about a half hour away from me. Small world! His Shun is very tricky.
