At one point my win ratio went down to about 7%! But I kept on playing and got back up to around 26%. I'm only playing ranked matches from now on, want to keep track of my progress and learn from the best.

Got some Jeffry v Jeffry action tonight courtesy of suddendeath. This was an honor as it's something I've looked forward to doing since seeing a vid of his jeffry vs kyasao's a few years back...that was one of my early jeffry inspirations. Thankyou!

I was also excited at the opportunity at matching up against akiralove...beautiful use of the super singlepalm after 1P+G. I had a hard time figuring out how to approach your akira and every time I thought I was onto something, the terrain would shift..your aki definitely has ONIONS! Thanks btw on the rank up advice...mission accomplished!

Also played a single vs dissmaster. I think what I got was his run-of-the-mill asswhuppin'...it was a very systematic victory where I failed to apply some brakes to his cruise control. Nice efficient Lau. Next time perhaps I can pull you out of your comfort zone a little. Thankyou.

Good single also vs kaminarioyaji.

I've spent alot of money on gas & plane tickets hoping to play some of you fellas...thanks for the games...this shit is awesome!

first, i know we played more than that homey. we musta demoted each other back to 10th dan atleast 5 times. master rank is just too frustrating dude. at one point, i was up by 3 matches, just to lose on the 4th. *sigh* but i DO appreciate that u played me that much. we have these other niggas who take master rank away from you and RUN off with it. you know who you are too...don't think you can run away with that rank for long cuz you wont.

second, as wolf, i have to low punch. but it wasn't until our final couple of matches when i noticed: everytime i lowpunched, blocked or hit, you would ADVANCE rather than just do elbow! so my second consecutive lowpunch would ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS hit on counterhit. as soon as i realized this, i took advantage, which is why i won our last couple.

third, ur eileen is only one day old.

Good games red son rising. That was actually my first time fighting vanessa, I need alot more work on her lol. But you had some nice flow going, you kept trying to attack me after i hit you with elbow though, Not exactly a good idea lol

Heh, yeah. We'll need to hold another session sometime soon, now that you're a Master. Been trying to get adjusted to fighting other characters lately, tho. I really need to record our matches, so hard for me to learn new concepts while playing.

 

I want to shout out to a lot of people, but have to go to work.

for now I'll just say this:

the Japanese have arrived! so far, I've gotten totally playable connections as well, better than what I was getting w/ Myke. Their scrubs are faster than our scrubs, and I've met some toughies as well.
