You should try finding out where you have a chance to attack, at least that's what a lot of players asked me when they had troubles. And I always tell them to pay attention to that frame data. A lot of the players back when it was more popular (when it was free) always had problems with 2P. You're gonna end up getting hit by 2P eventually, but if the opponent is abusing it to a fault then I always use 2P+K+G. It can get you a meaty combo just for parrying a simple 2P.

Find out what's punishable and use the best move to punish them for max damage, if you have to use PK to punish then make sure you go BT after PK and go for a mid-throw mix up. (at least that's what I do since it gives you more frames to follow it up). If you land the mid then it leaves your opponent turned sideways which would apply for more pressure.

Spacing, one of my best things I use in a fight, is very important. If I can't find an opening to get in my opponents grill then I'll back of and try to make my opponent whiff a move. If they're not throwing out a move then I'd use 46K considering the range on it. Watch out for evades though, if you get predictable with it then 46K can get evaded and you'll be getting some unwanted pressure. I use 3KP to catch whiff moves, maybe not the best move (or maybe it is) to punish whiffs but if you land it then you can get the jump on them from the advantage you get after.

Throw in some grabs every once in a while to keep your opponents on your toes. This will leave them ducking more so this will leave you to do more mid attacks. But before you do a grab you should probably realize where your at on the stage. If you end up using the wrong grab, you could be putting yourself in a sticky situation. If your gonna grab though, use your half circular grabs. They do the most damage, but if your spacing your opponent out and wanna grab real quick. I'd crouch dash in using 33 and go for the 26P+G grab. You can follow this move up with a stomp on the ground.

If you have a PS3, add me. My PSN is well... JaLoHa21. I'll give you a few tips and pointers.
