Truth be told Sega did give PAL gamers optimised versions in the past(60Hz)

This all sounds very disturbing, but (sorry to be an idiot here) i still don't really understand what the problem is.

Can someone go into more detail about it? or point me to a thread where it is discussed in detail?

    Well,

while I was asked not to quote anyone, I've heard through the grapevine that after heavy requests from both SOA and Sega of Europe to fix the problem, AM2 isn't going to change it.

My letter has just been mailed to Noah at SOA anyway. I think it was worth the effort. Nothing's REALLY too late until it goes gold.

Thanks for the information, Spotlite. I always appreciate your contribution.
