    Shang,

I'm impressed. And its most likely that your strong words can only be matched by your obviously impeccable VF skills. Based on your words one would have to say that you must be an amazing fighter.

On the other hand you speak of my weakness and strength. Which are for me like bow and arrow. When the arrow is shot, which brings it to its target? The bow or the arrow? Launched, the arrow has not choice but to seek its target. Yet without the arrow, the bow is an empty promise of flight.

Shang since you understand chi-quanshu then you should know about the balance between weakness and strength.

When one must choose between one good and another. Or one evil and another. Remember this, if men would contend with you, seek not their death, but choose your own life. This is our way.

From your words I can only see that you assume we will never meet. That, Shang would be an incorrect assumption.

I trust your words will serve you when the time comes. Based
on your vociferous declarations I'm sure that you would easily
overcome those ranked lower than me in dojo chi-quanshu.

And of course no one in our dojo would ever do anything to you that you haven't already done to yourself.

Its good to know that you've met women. And to describe Shang's oratory as B.S. is not quite fair. All of Shang's talk is his honest attempt to call the students and masters of dojo chi-quanshu out. Although its a little juvenile it is well intentioned.

As far as me having no martial arts experience, we can all learn from nature, my fighting style should be obvious at this point.

The rabbit feels rage. The tiger, pity. The dragon pain. All creatures, the low and high are one with nature No life is insignificant. If we have the wisdom to learn all may teach us their virtues.

At dojo chi-quanshu sugi-pai is from the crane system. From the crane we learn grace and self control. The alchemist is in the snake system. The snake teaches us suppleness and rhytmic endurance. At dojo chi-quanshu we have the praying mantis. The praying mantis teaches us speed and patience. And the Last Monk is combined tiger and dragon. From the tiger we learn tenacity and power, and from the dragon we learn to ride with the wind.

What is martial arts but the grace of the crane, the speed and patience of the manits, the suppleness and rhythic endurance of the snake, the tenancity and power of the tiger and tao of the dragon.

Shang means well, and will make a good disciple.

We know that where there is no contention, there is neither defeat nor victory. The supple willow does not contend against the storm, yet it survives. Weakness prevails over strength. Gentleness conquers. Become the calm and restful breeze that tames the violent sea. To know nature is to put oneself in perfect harmony with the universe. Heaven and earth are one. So must we seek a discipline of mind and body within ourselves.

Sometimes our words write a check that our abilities can't cash, when the time has come I'm sure you will have skills to back up all of those words....

    If by pussy you mean

    tiger

then you are partially correct. A pussy is another name for cat or kitten. But at dojo chi-quanshu all of our cats and kittens are of age. We refer to them as tiger. And I am a student of both tiger and dragon.

So while pussy is partially correct, that designation leaves out experience, and my debt and homage to the dragon.

I also don't fight at gameware. Also I would not characterize any real fans of the VF series as idiots. VF is a superior to all of the fighters out there. If some one is a serious VF fanboy than I show respect.

Perhaps you would do well to do the same.

Your dojo is a mockery of the ways of chi-quanshu, it is nothing more than a pathetic excuse for your insignificant existence! I have no doubt the feeble skills of you and your companions will crumble before the mighty hands of The Shangster TM. Your misinterpretation of the bow and arrow shows me your skill is hollow. For the bow must bend it into to release its energy to the arrow. It must overcome itself in order to strike into the heart enemy. You have fell for the temptations of weakness long ago. Do not speak to me of the understandings of chi-quanshu, for you have proven once again you know nothing of chi-quanshu. There is no balance between weakness and strength, just as there is no balance between fire and water, between darkness and light, between good and evil. You must defeat yourself before you know the truth meaning of strength. Only then will your true enemy be revealed to you. Your skill, your understanding of chi-quanshu, along with your companions are nothing more than illusions po.. Vagaries of perception. The temporary constructs of your feeble mind trying desperately to justify an existence that is without meaning or purpose. Tell me Po, who do you see when you look beyond your own fist?

Po, stop denying reality. Look beyond the veil that hides the truth. Only then can you experience what you have missed in your so called existence.

    What do I see?

    Shang,

As no two elements of nature are in conflict, so when we preceive the ways of nature we remove conflict within ourselves.

Perceive the way of nature and no force of man can harm you. Do not meet a wave head on. Avoid it. You do not have to stop force. It is easier to redirect it. Learn more ways to preserve, than to destroy. Avoid rather than check. Check, rahter than hurt. Hurt rather than maim. Maim rather than kill For all life is precious.

Shang, does your master know that you are representing him in this way?

No po, that's a question you should ask yourself: "does my master know that I'm representing him in this way?" Do not seek comfort and salvation from others, harmony comes from within. To know the world is to know one's self. I've tried to enlighten you on the ways of the chi-quanshu as much as I can, go back to the shadows of you wish. but if you choose to bring yourself to the light, find me.. and I will show you the true meaning of chi-quanshu.

My master does know that I am representing him in this way.

Of Shang I can only say this,

What must we say of a mirror that receives tranquillity, yet reflects a troubled brow? Such is brother Shang, whose journey is still long and way perilous and frought with confusion.

A man can either be broken by a strength outside greater than himself, or a weakness inside which he cannot understand.

Such is the way of brother Shang, he is his own enemy.

It would be good if you worked through your

    kata,
    taolu,
    tangsudo,
    quyen

or whatever discipline you align yourself with. Based on all that you have said, you need to spend more time with the fundamentals.

If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle. All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. Therefore the victories of good warriors are not noted for cleverness or bravery. Therefore their victories in battle are not flukes. Their victories are not flukes because they position themselves where they will surely win, prevailing over those who have already lost.
Your futile attempts at regain honor is pitiful. Enough has been said to you and your minions. Be gone! Go back to the emptiness of the abyss from where you dwell, fade away like the disgrace of chi-quanshu that you are.

Its odd that you quote Sun Tzu, do you really subscribe to his teachings. All of them? Do you really understand the Art of War? Do you respect all that Sun Tzu has written? Tzu also says that in war the victorious strategist only seeks battle after the victory has been won. Yet you call dojo chi-quanshu out and all you have are a few comments from master po on a message board.

Sun Tzu says that the consummate leader cultivates the moral law and strictly adheres to method and discipline. Yet much of what you have leveled at me is clearly immoral and reflects lack of discipline. If you are really a student of Tzu then you know that a clever fighter victories bring him neither reputation for wisdom nor credit for courage.

Yet you boast of the mighty hands of the shankster.

Perhaps you should give Sun Tzu a more thorough reading.
