I find the hardest part of DLC on a pad is pressing the [4] in [4][6][6][P]+[K].

how do you practice speeding up the SDE. Is there some way to set up something in trainning to work on the input speed. B/c my SDE is being interupted by things i know shouldnt. +5 situtaions P hits and i go for and elbow and its Stopped by a DP

I know for the Double palm, Pick Kage and have him Guard and counter attack with move #2 and i Should beat him.

Hey, that's a great question. Judging by you asking this question about Akira, I can assume that you are a pretty serious Akira player. Buffering SDE correctly is probably the most difficult part in playing Akira. I have my ups and downs regarding this move throught my VF career.

From my exp, the best way to practice SDE buffering in the training mode is by using the one of the challenge modes ,"Throw after blocking a throw counterable move."

I don't remember the exact title of that challenge at the moment, but this one is the one that you are supposed to throw CPU when they do a throw counterable move.

What you can do with this is when you block a move that's not throw counterable, you do SDE. CPU in challenge is programed to do a LP following any move, so you should be able to beat the LP with your SDE.

If your SDE gets interupted by a LP, your SDE wasn't buffered correctly. This challenge will allow you to practice in both buffering SDE and recognizing a throw counterable situation. Go through every character, and you will be in a pretty good shape when you are done.

Good luck, and if you have more questions regarding Akira, PM me.
