Chanchai, maybe using 3K (guaranteed damage + strong stagger) then TRSF mixups would be better than directly going into TRSF.
3K gives ennough advantage to start the stance then ou can apply the strong mixup afterwards. Actually I never used that type of flowchart but your post made me think about it lol. FC,f+P+K into stance should also work as it pushes opponent away giving you space to start the stance animation.

Another good use of TRSF is after 3+P+G, 8+P+K as you have plenty of time to start the stance if opponent chooses to tech and if opponent didn't tech you can :

-Backdash /1_3+P+K+G/ 4+P+K+G to try to make them whiff their rising attack
-Guard and try to guess the rising attack if there is one
-Crush their rising with TRSF 6+K if you feel lucky

I personally believe that guaranteed damage is almost always better /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif In that regard, df+K is definitely a better option than TRSF when blocking sweeps since it is guaranteed damage and you do have a guessing game off of stagger that can potentially lead to greater situations and damage.

The standard elbow-punch string is still one of the best options imo. It'll sober shun, it has range, and the damage is good. You're also in good position for okizeme.

Where I throw TRSF in, is that big advantage situations are an excuse to use it if you really want to use it. By no means is it really a great idea, but it can lead to creative play if you want to go that route. On occasion, I have the need to go for something like that and test out TRSF.

So far in my experience, the only times I'm really comfortable doing TRSF though, is in okizeme or more specifically, ukemezeme (is that what it's really called? saw AkiraLove use this term)--when people TR or QR.

Every other time I am comfortable using TRSF is when I have a grasp of what my opponent tends to do and when they give me openings to use it. Sometimes when they whiff something bit--but again, guaranteed damage is always the strongest option. Especially if the opponent is giving you a guaranteed b,b+K combo.

In my case, TRSF is more like a "fresh-showoff" option. It's just fun to use. But if I was playing a complete stranger, I would definitely go guaranteed damage.

BTW, I really like the example situation you gave with the df+P+G --> u+P+K okizeme.

backdash --> manual diagonal step --> TRMF is great.

I think I saw Fuudo do TRSF --> TRMF in okizeme for fun.

I haven't captured a video for it yet, but I've been using TRSF after a b,f+K combo. It works really well, and it seems to work on almost all characters (haven't tried jeffry or wolf though...)

b,f+K (flop), d+P, b+P, P, P+K+G -> TRSF into mixups. It's worked pretty well so far but it needs more refinement, I suppose.

a combination i've found allot of success with is

    /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif,/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif

...the throw is useful if you're consistently /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif from this stance as your opponent will likely be anticipating this in a standing guard.

i think of the whole sequence above as a sort of high damage catch throw.

PP4P is not a combo unless the second connects on the wall. Usualy the third P can be easily duck or guarded, from there almost any attack the oponent tries can beat the stance and will connect as a counter in VerC so I wouldn't recomand doing this against good cometition ^^.

yea, but you can tag on p+k+g stance after the thrid p, so it's a useful combination to confuse an opponent.

I KNOW you can tag on the stance that's why I wrote:

Well if it works for you... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif
