I am a resolution specialist for AT&T recievables management (as in pay your bill and we will turn your phone back on). I go 44-50 hours per week on average, but the OT is basically unlimited with my position, which can be nice, but can also lead to me feeling guilty for leaving after my scheduled time, which is an anchor on my conscience i don't need. It's a call center and it sucks. I'm responsible for the employee development and support of about 15-20 people directly, and another 40 or so in my periphery. And the good news is, for all that, the pay is shit. At least i don't have to answer phones though : ) My hard work there got me in the supervisory side of the business.

I'm a full-time Networking and Security Management student at ECPI College of Technology in Virginia Beach.

I've been trying to get a job at places I felt I would enjoy working. Best Buy never contacted me back. I put in an application at the local Barnes and Noble. The manager there said that they weren't hiring at the moment. I put in an application at Philips Automotive because I received a job lead saying they were looking for a part time valet. And after weeks of waiting, I finally contacted the person who was supposed to be hiring the valet and he said that since business was down, they really didn't have a need for a valet but he'd keep my application on record.

I'm going to try Circuit City, Cox Cable or Verizon next.

Reading this stuff brings to mind Womack's "Across a 110th street" lyrics: "You've got to be strong, if you want to survive" :p

Anyway, working @ a software firm as a linguist & studying too. G-suz...I don't want to know what my VF looks like after all these months of doing other stuff...not that it was anything special before, but.. :p

    I'm a scientist!

Nah, a chemist/biochemist type thing. I do quality control testing on clinical/release drugs at Biogen Idec. It sounds like it's brainy, but I'm sure I could teach anyone here to do it and do it well. Some of the people I work with are not smart at all but they can go through the motions pretty well anyway. It's not too fun either I'd have to say.

45 shitty hours at busy building merchants. I also play drums in a band, so if you figure in practice and gigs, sleeping and eating you can see why my improvement on VF5 is taking some time.

I was kidding on my last posts. I am a full-time negro. Multiple baby mothers, paying child support, doing prison time on various charges, eating ramen, buying expensive sneakers when i could buy diapers, selling anything and everything, constantly yelling dumb shit on my boost mobile walkie talkie thingy in public, haveing no good speling and grammer - you know, the works.

oh and I'm also an ex-pharmacist until I PHYSICALLY have my license (FBI busted us) but it should be coming shortly. So drugstore retail at the moment and i push 35-40 hours usually.

Oh yeah + a half-professional musical producer for a few local record labels. But I hate it.
