Did you buy the Customization Packs?

I just bought the base game + both DLC packs Sunday.

After hearing about the "Complete Edition", I hurried home today to check to make sure I didn't skimp myself out of a bargain purchase. Thankfully, my region doesn't have it... I didn't waste my money buying the DLC packs separately.

I bought it originally for supporting Sega. But now I'm fully enjoying buying all the packs even though I may never use most of them, because I love watching online replays.

Then, wouldn't that mean you're using them to make better use of the replay mode?

I brought the full customization pack. $45 for the whole games isn't a bad deal. Especially if the game is like 2gb and customization is also about 2gb. Its worth it.

I wish there was a complete edition for the 360, regardless I'm satisfied with the DLC and it was worth the money to support SEGA.

I bought the core game for 360 and the whole bundle for PS3.

I bought both bundles with the game on my 360 for what translated to $58 after taxes and the higher price for Canadian MS points. No regrets!

The msp system is terrible. Why Xbox360 users end up paying 15 € (1200 msp) instead of 12,99 € (PSN) is beyond me. That, and the fact that there's no "complete edition" for XBLA. I got the core game for Xbox 360 because the game feels a bit better for some reason (for me, anyway), but the bundle price and the free online combats encourage me to play on PSN more.

    (Sorry for my english btw)

I got the bundles. I was going to wait for an eventual(?) sale, but said "Fuck it." Don't regret it either.

I hope for VF6, Sega gives us the option to purchase or pay-to-unlock-it. I wish more companies would do this in general. I would still buy it, since I don't feel like unlocking anything anymore. I did that enough in VF4,EVO and VF5 ver.C.

Bought both of them in part for the Special Sparring mode and because I'm trying to get more people I know into the game and wanted to have the customization packs for the character of their choice.

I like dressing up my characters to look like doofuses, because currently I feel I'm rubbish with them (just bought the game and haven't touched any VF in years).

I made my Lau look like a hobo, and my Jeffry looks like a crazy guy trying to disguise himself as a clown.

I bought the whole set, and now my wife has hijacked the game. We have on average 5 different getups for EACH character. In fact, I've spent more time making costumes than actually playing. [IMG]

I bought the whole set too. Customizing character takes a lot of time especially matching the outfits of your choice. [IMG]

Yeah, I was sure to make at least one costume for everyone, mainly for the initiation of friends as new players, if not because I'm obsessive about any customization options in video games.

I like to take my customs somewhat seriously. While they are basically Virtua dolls with cute outfits that make fanboys vomit money, it matters to me that they look cool.

I bought one of them; The pack that contained Lau since he is the only character I'm really playing right now.

I screwed up and didn't buy the PS3 Complete Edition. I bought the core game because I figured I wouldn't be playing the game enough to make spending the extra cash worth it. I ended up liking FS a lot more than Vanilla and I'm really into it now.

I'll buy the other custom pack eventually.

I'm kinda peeved that Eileen only has 1 color (black) for her catgirl accessories. She can only be a black cat. What happened to white, yellow, red, blue, green, etc?

Sega, you have 5 different colors for her horns, which seriously only needs 1 color... and you give her only 1 set of cat ears? WTF is wrong with you? You're Jpnese surely you understand the importance of catgirls?!?

Especially Eileen for god's sake! Look at the way she fights -- she's technically monkey style but if there was ever a cat-style kung fu, Eileen is it!

I split the price of the PSN version with my brother.

Then I originally bought the game and Bundle 2 on Xbox, a few days ago I caved and bought the first Bundle pack as well.

Add to the fact that I've owned every console version of this game, I've spent close to 200 dollars on VF5 this generation.
