interessting, i'll share a few points.

not many wolf players abuse knee unless after high P (because u have the frames to throw around) or large RN. any other time, it's always gonna be screw hook mixed with throw. ---- believe it or not, its the safest wolf you can play.

SS is one of wolf's greatest surprize tools (for RN and for oki) becuse it has evasive proportiies. it has a largeish window for ducking highs and a VERY small window for ducking mids (yes, even long side kicks) although i dont know all the rules to it.

wolf has some structure too him, it's not 100% guessing, but not many wolfs are using his B+k very usefully either. it acts in the same way as goh's k, so you can perform the same low P block -- backdash b+k flow chart and other backdash methods. after all it's just a long reach poke exactly like pai's and kage's df+ks stat wise. these moves DO get abused.

 

BK is right, none of these things 8 does are particularly unique. I am not undermining his skills or yomi. Aside from the surprising amount of SS attempts and how it connects almost everytime, there is nothing particularly interesting except for him being hot and beating almost the whole other team. The same can be said for koedo's kage. Hitting 4 elbows in a row, or the amount of 3P he connected. 8's play in this particular clip is not exactly as consistent or tight as other wolf's in other clips. It'd be nice to see some hideo or kagesuke wolf play.

 

nah, i totally commend 8, he's no average wolf, infact i think 8, hideo and chemuru are without a second thought are the strongest i have seen for around this time. they are the 3 who get right near the end of every major tourney so far /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

ive been a real fan of 8 since the old EVO wolf scramble when bunbun was still takin part, it's the first time i really saw hideo in action too. such strong wolf performances are great to see once in a while. that's why 8 is an example of how wolf can be used when learnt well /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif
