Preperation

We need to get together more for VF4evo justice, pre-I luv VF style. I'll be there tomorrow (Saturday) and will be willing to play so let's get this shit cracking (Jimmy, Jason, Avi, Jacob, etc. means you).

I will be virtually free all day long tomorrow, so I am definately down for VF. I also have some good replays that you guys should watch, so I will bring it with me tomorrow. (It is all about the matrix Akira dudes!)

I shouldn't have played till 1:20 AM last night with that much fatigue, but well this is VF, and I love it.

Kojiro: Your Leifei is getting tighter, and I enjoyed the matches. Keep it up. =)

Dandy: I thought you were not going to even touch a stick for VF last night, but you did and actually played, so huge props to you. b,b K+G of the doom got me so many times, and I don't still know why it looks exactly the same as Kage's side kick for me. I think it is just me, but everytime I see that move, I am like Ok, that's a side kick. Stand up and block!....and get hit by that so hard. I noticed that you were also hella tired yesterday, but even with that you made a lot of right guesses over myself, so huge props to you again. 3rd strike is a fun game.

Serious face: Sorry that my funny guard is not good. High punch, low throw actually works against someone who does fuzzy well. /versus/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I love VF tourney

The finals are coming up for me, so chances are, I am not going to be able to show up at LLG for a while.I know that it is actually the time for everyone to pratice up, but unfortunately first thing's first. I am glad that we will be in the RV again so that I can get some practices in on the way to NYC if I get to go.

Can you PM me some detail as to your plan on going to NYC? (date, time, fee, schdule, etc) If you use AIM or other messenger programs, let me know.

You've been very serious since E8. Keep staying serious and you will do well in NYC. I think checking out other characters' frame data might help you out a lot at this point if you feel some characters unfamiliar.

Hope you can make it to this event. Even with all the strong players including the Japanese, it won't be as fun if you'd got left out in Columbus.

Well, Maddy, next time I PLAN on bein at LLG I'll let ya'll know. This weekend, I just kinda popped in on a whim on my way back into town, from visiting my parents this past weekend. So I was comin back to Columbus and stopped at LLG before I got to my place.

Though, I do plan on makin it out at like 5ish Sunday night for some games. I got a lan party at Whempys this weekend, so I wont be available Saturday night (I think, depends on how bad the tourneys are. We'll see whats goin on at the time, and I might call up to LLG to see what's poppin.

If ya'll wanna bring your shooter skills at Whempys, I'll be more than willing to play you though /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Hey, what time is everyone plannin on leaving for the VF tourney in New York? I can't go anywhere before midnight on next Friday, because I'm workin until 11:30.

If anyone is leaving that late, I'll hop a ride/drive with you. I'm just lookin for a ride out to the event, so I dont have to make the whole drive alone.

Tentatively we will leave on Fri morning, but we are not sure of anything as of now. Keep checking on this forum. I will post as soon as things get confirmed.

I will be a no-go for the VF tourney...work is just gettin in the way, and there's no way I can make the drive that late at night after a shift at work.

Hopefully there's a gathering nearer to columbus next time...like indiana or mich, or pennsylvania /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Oh yeah, and to the VF guys in Columbus: I'll be out at LLG around 7 oclock Sunday night, so if anyone's there, great. If not, I'll get in some more Quest time and play some DDR and maybe GGXX. Oh yeah, and I'll be bringing some tools KTD, so make sure you bring your sticks for me to check out.
