looks like this saturday is not good for me . forgot about an engagement party i have to attend. if you'd or anyone would like i can do it really later on sat or a couple hours on sunday. let me know.

Maddy:
offer is still open ,, no problem. as far as tv's , i have 2 definately available with the possilbity of a 3rd small one. Glad you will bring some sticks, because I only have one (+ now 1 old busted one) along wtih a broken port on my ps2 , which ill try to fix this weekend.
im sure anyone who joins us would bring one if requested. VCR's, ill get my old one out and verify that it works.
As far as rules go > im pretty open (pun intended) and as long as no one touches me while im sleeping without permission (unless you're more than impressive like Andy),, everything should be cool.

as far as plans go ,, let us know if you need to try and/or see anything here. We'd be glad to accomodate - especially for eating /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

well the small scene we have is looking forward to it as well.

Thx for the PM, Madrox. I check the direction, and it looks pretty straight forward.

I will probably be up till late on Friday night playing VF, so if anyone from Chicago can play on Friday, you should come. =P We won't be able to play on Sunday as we will have to drive back to Columbus in the morning, so it will be only Friday night and Sat to play VF.


Akira_PH: you made me suprised for a moment by what you said, man. If any of you won't be able to make it to the gathering(Sunday is not an option), let me know ASAP. I was expecting to see all of you guys.

I am going to Chicago to play VF and hang out with you guys. I find it rather disappointing when I drive or fly to a city faraway from where I live and don't get to see the local players who said they'd be there.

here is a breakdown of the schedule so far i'm planning on picking maddy up somewhere to be back at my place at 8/9pm. depending on what time they come in.
he'd like to play till whenever friday night .
Saturday he'd like all day play as well with breaks for food.

everyone is welcome to stay late friday into saturday (only floor space available for sleeping - so we can be like puppies if we need warmth)
other than that show up when you can .

if you need any info pm me .
would also like to see posts on who'd be cum'n.

I was just wondering who lives closest to Nickel City among all the VFers in chitown, am curious cause I really would love to play some but I will be in the GG tournies and will not be driving my car so I dunno exactly how one goes from point a to point b...

The rest: I am willing to play on Friday night as much as possible. I won't be able to stay up too late on Sat night as I will be driving back to C-bus in the morning.

VF in Chicago? Point me in the right direction and I'm there friday night, since I'm already going to MWC and don't exactly care about anything else save Guilty Gear.

 

Directions:

For those who are going to MWC and would like to chill with VF afterwards on friday and/or sat..
from Nickel city is easy >
basic insructions:
From Nickel city go south to Dundee road
Make a left heading East to I-94
Take I-94 east towards chicago
merge w/ I-90
take this to Kimbal exit (about 3 exits after the merge)
Make a right at the exit ramp to the next light , which is Belmont.
Make a right on Belmont ave. west about 1.5 miles (5 lights - where the 5th light is Kostner Ave.)
2 blocks past kostner is Kilbourn ave
Make a left on Kilbourn for 2 blocks.
house is right on the corner of Kilbourn/Wellington -
yellow house.

From South ( IN / STL )

head towards Chicago I90 / I94 west towards Wisconsin
Exit Belmont Ave.
Make a left at exit ramp onto Belmont Ave.
Take Belmont West for about 1.5 -2 mi (7 lights - where the 7th light is Kostner Ave.)
2 blocks past kostner is Kilbourn ave
Make a left on Kilbourn for 2 blocks.
house is right on the corner of Kilbourn/Wellington -

NOTES::
near by fast food is 2-5 blocks away , porno shop 5.5 blocks away, personal massage 8 blocks away , ho's you have to drive a bit .

if you guys need to crash at my place we have floor space then you can head to MWC next day if you'd like.
but we are limited to basement only since parent at home . Smoking / drinking / Noise will not be an issue either (unless they're brokeback style grunts - then i say take it like a man and be quiet).
