As for lag, it depends on ur broadband isp and the location of your opponents. Generally, for Singtel broadband, connection with Taiwan, Japan and Korea is not bad.

Playing online is quite an experience. You get to know other top players in the region, as well, without even having to take a flight to their country. Thats the good thing about xbox live. The doa global community is almost like a kampong, where you can reach anyone to play with within minutes.

Finding good gamers is, fortunately, seldom an issue with xbox live.

I'm not so sure about starhub, though we were previously subscribing starhub broadband.

DOA4 will be coming soon this early Dec (first week, I think). And, xbox 360 US will be out in this one week's time, if I'm not wrong. Based on the prices quoted by lik-sang.com , the US xbox 360 will cost about 399 USD. The game is about 80 something USD.

One of his friends might be importing the game. Not sure about the details. But, I suppose by x'mas, you will be able to see the game in Singapore. If anything, I will pm you through vfdc. No promises. /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I still remember when i first went Japan to play Evo. My first ever time to Japan. 'Sure can one! I've watch so many clips already! At least Tsuwamono!' My ass man, i barely struggled to 7 dan and had a 53% winning rating. It can only get you so far from clips. Nothing beats exposure to thousands of different playing style.

I just got Jessica. Still early into game as I started this after finishing Digital Devil Saga 2. I can't keep up with the PS2 RPG madness. Shining Force Neo, Magna Carta, Wild Arms... And Rouge Galaxy, Devil Summoner, Disgaea 2, Grandia 3, FF12, PSU, Shadow Heart 3 coming out next year. And they just announce the new Valkyrie Profile. WTF!!!

How abt next Wed night at Bugis. Danny, Ken etc coming?

I've seen the beta...and the cell shading is...truly, the best ever.
