Thanks for the compliments. Hmm, that's funny b/c that's the first time I ever heard someone say that about my style. Most of the complaints are usually about my use of DM P+K. Anyhow, I'm guessing it was frustrating for you? Well you and I both my friend lol. Seriously, sometimes I think throwing is cheap myself haha. I remember getting thrown by Ayufanboy's Kage like 30 times off a simple CH p! Man it was frustrating but then I started learning his style and practicing throw escapes against Kage, now I don't get thrown as much...well atleast against him lol. I think everyone has something they find frustrating to deal with but really, it's only our weakness that we're complaining about.

It's all good. LOL true that. Same for me. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. LOL sure as heck didn't work against Slide and Plague. Those guys are top notch players and losing to them is something I don't mind hehe!

To my knowledge yes. I thought p, to a throw was a tactic everybody did? I sure as heck have come across it a lot.

 

I have the same exact problem with Ayufanboy. THE EXACT. But I do know WHY it works the way it does, therefore I understand why he (and you, and myself, and many others) use it. But it is one of those things that can be extremely frustrating.

And I don't really bitch about dmpk (except wolfs). I use dmpk all the time. For vanessa, its a decent move, and for Pai its one of her best (though very punishable). I only hate wolf's so much because my scrub ass can't figure out how to escape it on reaction (online at least).

I just realized I use (a lot of) parenthesis. Bad english games to me!

 

Haha, I hate wolf's DM P+K too but it ain't as bad as El Blaze's DM P+K to his throw! UGH I hate the little bugger.

Yeah, he's 8th Dan or at least he WAS when he pulled on me. Damn, I've never seen that many 2p's and DMPK's in one match....EVER since I've played VF5 (He DID mix some Grizzlies, mid kicks, and maybe a couple of shoulders blocks -_-). It took me 'till the last round to really pick him apart though, and he pulled the plug after I hit him with about 5 /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif's in a row. I wasn't even surprised /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

 

addypaddy is TRASH. There is no question about it. TRASH TRASH TRASH. He always pulls when he is out classed. And I am not even great yet.

 

Trust me, you would've took his lunch money. Just get your range and spam 1KK (I think). I'd have beat him quicker but I was messing up Aoi's ground throw something fierce -_-

I still think that Unico711 is worse. He'll spam the same move till you block, then switch to another move. And sometimes when he's up on life he'll just run away frantically. Someone should record a match with him. Its unbelievable.
