I just waited for challengers near my rank and kept winning. That's it /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif There are not many players with high ranks here, but I didn't often get in trouble finding players who were near my rank. Jhow, None Others, Konjou, Denkai..etc. All of them always seemed willing to rank match me. Luckily, I managed to get to my current rank, but I rarely have a chance to rank match with players near my rank lately /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek.gif I've been away from VF5 for a while, so I feel I'm getting poorer at this game /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cry.gif I hope VF5R will come out on XBOX360 soon.

 

I seen you on MASAred and you had 2 bars towards my connection. I tried to get a match in with you but you either left or went into battle. I Managed to get to Hunter last week so now i just sit back and wait to find people who will join with a rank near mines. I sometimes lose interest in fight against lower level opponents because theres no reward on the line and they drop in while im waiting for a certain rematch.

Yeah He gets nervous and won't play hard because of the pressure. I had to force him to fight back and not be scared. I show him Tech into evades and tech in sabaki's alng with other useful Goh tatics. He's willing to learn if you just go over things with him in intermissions. He's a good dude.

 

/shrug, I couldn't care less. It looked like bickering from the small part I did read on the tangent.

In quest your rank can't be touched once you reach the top (conqueror, etc). Online rank seems to follow all the quest rules. If you rank up one more, are you going to be unable to rank down or give rank to someone else?

Yes, one of my friend told me when you reach the highest rank such as conqueror,etc, you won't be able to been broken down anymore~ but I bet MasaRed won't feel happy if nothing can change his rank~

Hmmm, it depends what mood I'm in. Some days I like sushi rolls and some days I like egg rolls. Shrimp rolls are really good, depending what Chinese restaurant you buy them from.

I'm pretty sure that's right. If you reach the top, you won't rank down anymore. Also, you don't lose your rank points/meter when you lose anyone in the top rank. This is what I have actually experienced.

I was once close to reach the top rank last month, but I got disconnected several times one day(I guess due to a connection problem, not pulled off), my rank gauge was forced to go down to the default state. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cry.gif This really let me down and I was away for a while.

 

I'll take that as a bet for combo2008.

I think to ensure that this is a balanced fight we should have adamyuki use jeff in place of combo.

My money is on "Comob" (being played by adamyuki using jeff in what ensures to be a balanced fight on the most balanced video game of all times). I don't even want odds.
