Hardly! I was just saying that I do not have an Xbox 360, because I can't afford to buy a 360 or Xbox Live, both in time (school) and money (goverment bungle). I ment it as a joke. And I never told my age.

Bad Game to bdoubleblade:

in 4500 matches he proved this weekend to be the worst turtler i have ever played!!!! thats tough to do. (he uses jacky, in case anyones weren't aware). Playing him is a miserable experience.

 

i am with you on this on too smb is me. plus he makes me wait for the 20 sec countdown before the match starts, i have never seen him once hit the button to start the match (this is very annoying). i love how he backs up and sits and waits for his opponent to do a move and the only move he does is the /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b_.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gifand then high pounce, not that fun to play, but he is that fun to beat up some /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

 

the good news is that he's been getting demoted lately. so machi, annoying and losing... hahahahaha.

 

I don't mind playing people that turtle - if nothing else, it's an opportunity to work on your throw game and toss them around the ring. Every opponent is just another opportunity to practice your skills and improve your game.

First time I played this guy he started stomping me after the round was over and I was like "Cool, I'm game" so I started doing it after every round I won and, I'm not sure but I think that bothered him /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/confused.gif
Why would you start stomping after the k.o. and then get mad when it's done to you? /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif
Oh well, idk if he's a mad player or not but as much as I don't like saying this about somebody else's playstyle: he is a really bad player.

 

Heh. Brad has some good post-round "jerk moves" if someone opens the gate for you with a post-round stomp:

- Repeatedly kick them in the ribs after the round
- 6P+K repeatedly ("YES!", "YES!", "YES!")
- Fake kicking them in the ribs over and over (1K)
- Tap block repeatedly (I don't know, to me it looks like he's miming a BJ..)
- Repeatedly use his reversal (1P+K)

Once someone opens the gate with an initial post-round pounce, I figure it's all good..

 

Ugh bad games to Bdoubleblade too...gotta love how he makes you wait as if he's sooo worthy or something. Don't matter I beat him at his own game and I turtle on his ass too. Once his life is lower than mines, I just run away and let him come to me and when he comes, he eats a beat knuckle or throw. mwahahah ownz!

 

Yeah that is really frustrating. The turtling and most of all the freakin waiting for the count down every single match. I tested it too, fought him probably 5 times in a row, he waits every single time. DOUCHE BAG

 

The more I think about it, the more I think this is a valid (though ineffective) strategy. I can't really fault Bdoubleblade for this that much. It's clearly frustrating you guys, which is a good thing if it means he wins more games (clearly not the case, but that's not my point).

Not only that, but it forces you to bring the game to him, which puts the pressure on you, and lots of players choke in these kinds of situations.

As you guys have mentioned, you can just turn the tables on him and retreat yourself, and that too is fair game. I don't find either of these techniques very satisfying or effective though, personally, so I choose to pursue him and just take him out with attacks.

Even so, I don't think his strategy is really worthy of this kind of hate, is it?

 

Funny thing is, the first couple of times I fought Bdoubleblade I actually thought he was pretty good, but as I got better it got easier to beat him and I realized he's not that good.

I dont mind turtleling too much but its probably a pretty bad idea if you're playing Jacky.

 

LOL Rare Entity, I thought the same. Then I was like, "Wait a minute!" and then made some quick adjustments and now he's easy to beat. I agree w/ Deathsushi about turtling...it's always been a strategy in almost if not all fighting games.

 

Bdoubleblade is the biggest piece of shit I've played in a long time. Can't really say I had worst matches against anyone else, not even Salva1996. And that's A LOT to say.
