    Bad Game Shout out to:
Guiido suich, or some randomly dumb name like that. Pulls in with a 75% akira, 300Ws 100Ls, gonna be on right? gonna be a good fight right? I win first round i think he mighta stole the 2nd, 3rd and 4s to me, but wait.....of course he pulls. then he sends me a message saying "you use lei fei"
lame. If he won't finish a match against lei fei then pull before rd 1 poser. So. Thats how you suck and get a 75% win percentage.

I am starting to feel for the Lei players. You guys get this bad rep because of all the scrubs thinking its some easy auto win character. But oh well, you should try to find him and just beat his ass with the same move over and over.

Yeah thats actually who I was referring to. I accepted his reasoning and invited him to player matches but I was restricted to only playing Akira or Shun. LOL my Akira failed but Shun won and we both apologized and everything was cool

Well, he's still not cool, he turned around and did a join and pull then next day against me. I'm guessing he pulls against a lot of people to get that win% b/c he's substandard at best. I mean, if you are a conscientious objector against lei fei then be a man about it and just pull at the start of the fight, or don't even join his matches. But don't start, try to win, annd then quit and blame lei fei as being overpowered.

Goichi Suda, I think that's his name. I saw his high win percentage and thought he was going to -at least- be decent but after playing him and winning our three fights I realised the only way he had that 75% was by pulling.
At least he didn't pull against me. Must like watching Vanessa kicking his ass /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

Ahhhhhhh yessss! The Lei Fei issue. According to the tier's Lei is SS-class a tier list all by himself and by playing Akmal AKA Cin Kid and Cozby i see why. I'm no different I play Pai. However a scrubby Lei fei is not as bad as a scrubby Pai. All I see is down KK and forward K+G. It's like the foolish mirror match is me waited for the same Pai move then punish (rinse repeat) What's funny to me is that there is a big shortage on good Pai's and she's pretty simple on the surface. But then again me and Pai have been inseparable since VF4. The only Pai's I see are scrubs. I feel lonely. Wheres Seed at dammit! We live in the same city!

LOL did you also play ultimatekof? I'm not trying to insult anyone's skills but how the hell do you get to defender like that?

LOL!!! O.K. I was mentioning that play style. Then I questioned to myself why is he a defender. I stop playing like that years ago. Let alone I hate to see a Pai player do /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif as a staple. Hell I'm workin on buffer combos as a staple.

I don't wanna insult anyone's play style but when you have experience it's annoying to see and even get hit by those trash strats. Then you play this crap for like 30 mins! and then play a good player only have to wake your A-game up all of the sudden. I was on auto-pilot playin this guy. His play style made it to were I couldn't even try out new stuff. Not to mention the lag were I can't side-step his DF hold K lol!

Strange noone pulls against me no matter how much I beat them.
.....well except for one guy who's name I won't mention. Least he pulls
before the match. I'll give him that.

    (Obsessive much?)

Last time we talked about this there were at least two other players pulling before the match to avoid your obnoxious style and lack of class. Remember? You were hiding behind other people's accounts so you could force people to play you and stuff. Too lazy to link to that thread, sorry.

If I remember you pull because I stomp you, not because I beat you.
Correct me if I'm wrong. I wasn't even talking about you. I'm talking
about people who pull for legitimate reasons, not for imagined slights
or internet posts. One thing I think is clear by your record is that you
don't pull on me because you lose, but because you don't like me as
a VF player. We'll never agree on how my conduct should be why
    even bring it up?

The player who pulls on me flat out wrote, "Please don't play me, I need more
practice and it's frustrating losing to you." I can respect that.

They weren't talking about class or obnoxious style.
They were talking about people pulling because of their character choice
or simply because they beat them.

Jeffry is probably not as intimidating I suppose to the general public.
I beat the players mentioned convincingly and never get pulled on.
It could be my rank too. You don't lose points from a 1st Kyu.

I'll leave your obsessive comment alone. Don't be so defensive man,
we just don't get along and I'm not trying to even get into a discussion
with you. Won't amount to anything but wasted time.

i try not to ever pull, but alas sometimes i do (very, very rarely). Mainly only if someone is spamming, but still not even then mostly. However i do hate losing to jeff and lau. jeff cause he is so unflashy/impressive. ya smack him around for awhile and then that same high, high, smash, juggle catch throw and hes ahead. Also it seems that, knee, and front kick are the ONLY moves jeffry users ever do.----not trying to flame, i know i havent played all or even most jeffs--- on to lau. He just seems really spammy, even the super high ranked laus ive faced. and i feel i am just not good against him too. i can never get out of the way of his stomps either. so those r 2 of my least favs 2 lose 2. losig to lau always feels cheap, and losing to jeff and i'm always left thinking ---really, thats it.

on the other hand, the 2 that bother me the least r lei and oi. whenever they beat me i feel like i was really out played. seems strange to me that everyone says lei is op, but maybe its cuz i use him. does anyone not like to fight their main, because they think people use them cheap. again, i m not trying to offend anyone

i've played Goichi Suda a few times and i think i beat him 2 out of three. he didn't pull on me either though, and i was several ranks below him as well.

Fair enough and no offense taken m8.

That is one thing about Jeffry and probably why I can not play for weeks or months
at a time without losing much as far as technique. The thing is his simplicity is
his strength and his weakness. Noone will likely forget what Jeffry does or say "I've
    never seen that before."

Lei Fei is like his polar opposite a lot of people hate on Lei Fei because of the fact
that you can lose to Lei Fei due to ignorance alone. He's got a lot of moves with
strange properties and a lot of priority. Every once in a while there comes a
character in a fighter that you HAVE to familiarize yourself with to be competitive
against his moveset. Lei Fei is in the front of that line in VF imo. People bitch
about characters that they have to study to beat. The average player? Doesn't want
to study. Me? I just lost a lot until I started winning.

I'm having a little confusion here, exactly what constitutes a 'spammer'?

    Is that;

    i) Someone who just mashes buttons and throws out attacks all the time just to get past your defence?

ii) Someone who throws out the same moves that keep hitting you?

Because IMO both wouldn't reflect badly on the other player, but on myslef for not being able to cope.

The first definition I wrote basically constitutes a noob. So I'm guessing 'spammer' is not that one. Or maybe thats just a 'masher'? But basically if a noob rushes me, I just shrug him off and destroy him. Its great fun when some crappy 'x' kyu guy challenges me in my sessions and then I thrash him for his impertinence. If I can't... well thats my fault.

The second definition is a little trickier. But not much. I remember playing a Lei who does that weird turnaround kick followed by a low stagger which leads to a float and then pwnage. All the time. But I adapted, recognised the start of the string, then punished the shit outta him everytime he tried it again. And really, if thats ALL they use then that should make the fights easy right?

A few days ago I got accused of being a spammer myself, but I figure, if these attacks keep hitting, why deviate far from them? Until they adapt to those attacks, why not keep other potential moves under wraps for the time being? I guess I think it means I have more options.

Also, I don;t consider Lei to be that overpowered. But I have REAL problems against Eileen. Freaky Monkey girl scares the crap outta me.

    My two cents.

Oh and I never pull. Even in ranking and I'm being beat. I just cry to myself in my sleep.
