2. It's a playstyle, learn to deal with it, perhaps you should whiff more DMPKs

My rule is If you pull on me once I will never play you again. Its a good rule that everyone should follow. Its make it so the pullers only play against other pullers.

Not sure if you noticed but it's a little deeper than that for a good few people here, if you can't appreciate that it's your business not everyone else's.

Yes. Just file a complaint under cheaters and leave as soon as he joins for now on. That's what I do.
