Bad Games Thread

It's really not hard to understand. People will claim character x is too strong to explain why they lost. Players of character x will say he is balanced so not to invalidate their win.

 

It's online, why do you feel the need to validate your wins anyway?

BG's to somebody named "theblackjew" ... my controller battery dies allowing him to beat on my nonresponsive body for 2 rounds, and after the match he sends me a message "Look whos shit now?"
I sent him one back telling him that my controller died and a rematch should be in order, and he sends me something saying I should immediately go back to the dojo. ORLY?

 

Mabye if you read the whole post from Gernburgs instead of a snippet you would know why I said that, infact PL4YER7 won against him not the other way around, I was just supporting what Gernburgs was saying about PL4YER7.

 

Yeah your right I didn't read the whole thing, I just read your post and that made it sound like you were both giving the guy BG's just cause he lost.

I know i'm not helping the situation but it's getting harder to wade through all the shit in here.

 

There are a couple things I agree with about the whole Lei Fei topic. Lei does have his magic days, but so does Shun. Lei and Blaze seem like the only two characters that can nullify Shun's magic.

The other thing I agree with is that abare in the hands of Lei seems more deadly than any other character.

This is not an attack on any one player. I just think you really have to pick your time and place carefully when playing against a good Lei. Don't get me wrong though, I think playing against Lei is one of the most fun matches. It's always an amusing and fast paced match!

I don't either. Some players actually use Lei to figure him out. I probably handicap myself by not doing this, but I've always just taken my beatings with Sarah until I figure tough fights out. My Sarah vs Lei battles with Konjou has helped understand a lil bit.

 

I can totally hear him saying that. =) That's very true. The interesting thing is I don't know many characters that well. My worst would be Blaze, Brad, and Lei, and Sarah and Pai would be next. But it seems I do the worst against Lei. All in all I fair pretty well against characters I know nothing about.

Case in point is how I do so well against Lion. If it wasn't for ET Pharaoh's Lion I wouldn't even know how to deal with the great Lions out there. We've probably logged over 1000 hours of playtime.
