Bad Games Thread

UKDiddy, I have never played this guy and if I did it must have been a long time ago bc I don't remember and he was not on my recently played list but just this past weekend I received hateful comments from him too.
They did not have the racist tone that your messages did. These were the messages:
"VF fuckin sux cock everyone is a pro and nobody has a mic its 4 faggots"
I did not reply to this one bc not only was I playing but it didn't really move me in the slightest. Then he sent a second message:
"might as well set cpu to expert and play offline its the same fucking thing less lag fuck vf & the japanese"
Now at this point, I was a little curious as to who this might be. I thought Shang but I knew that I had never played Shang online so I went and looked at my recently played list and nothing /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/confused.gif Anyway, I replied with:
"ok"
Well, I don't think he appreciated my indifference, lol. He replied:
"no mother fucker its not OK VF BLOWS cause of cocksuckers like you that spend 8 hours a day honing your skills and buying special game pads just so nobody new can get into the game fuck you vfdc does nothing except tell u it takes yrs to get good"

"FUCK YOU & ANYONE WHO LOOKS LIKE YOU"
By now, I'm a little concerned that he's going to continue but he stopped. I didn't report him or anything bc like I said, I just didn't care but after reading what you say that he wrote you, I will definitely file a complaint and report him. That is highly unacceptable.

i played the same guy, but the confrontation was completely opposite of what we had.
he was like OMG I NEVER KNEW JEFF WAS THAT BRUTAL!!!
he said his best player was jacky n then he added my 2ndary account.
he was all happy to get beat...
so weird!

Man, you are one sad bitter man. I wish I had saved all those matches we played so I can post them up and shut you up. It's all good though b/c I know what happened during our matches. Seriously, get over it. DM P+K or not, I've been able to beat you consistently...you and I both know so quit trying to act tough in front of your peers. Stop acting like you're better than me b/c if anything, I'm the one who should be talking...but I ain't. Again, I never talked down on your skills...just your complaining.

 

why don't you just take screen shots of the messages if you still have them and submit them to MS. I'm sure that will get him the boot from LIVE easily.

I'm black and I laugh at tons of NIGGER jokes all the time, but DAMN it's one things to tell a one white man, one black and one chinese guy walk into a bar joke than something like this. Felt like those definitions of NIGGERS came from his heart.

 

That pl4yer7 guy did the same thing to me last week. I was in ranking waiting for a challenge and this punk joins me. I quickly beat him then go back to the lobby. I get a message from him saying that I am a nerd and to fuck off. I then pointed out that he joined my game and he should challenge someone closer to his ranking. then he said that he couldn't cause I was the only one on (which is a bunch of bull shit cause there were plenty of noobs around that night). He continued to send stupid messages to me. After having some words with him I just blocked any further communication because I knew this ass-fucker was to much of an ignorant bitch to get a life. I will file a complaint tonight.

Also, to all the people bitching about what people do after matches... Really guys grow up. IT"S A GAME!!!! Who gives a fuck what people do after the match. Really, what's the worst that they can do? Move around the ring? Pounce on you? Hit you while your down?! Unless your life is directly connected to your characters and you feel everything that they feel, I don't think you need to be making so much fuss over it. IT'S RETARTED! Games like Soul Calibur, Street fighter, DOA, or any other fighter for that matter have people doing all sorts of shit to you after you are dead. Soul Calibur is probably the worst when it comes to that. But the funny thing is only people who play VF complain about it. It's stupid! And I really don't care if people hate what I have to say, sometimes the truth sux but...... It's the truth! If you want to wail on me, pounce on me, shake your ass in front of me when I've been K.O'ed, then go ahead. I wont care. And if anybody is wondering if i move around after the match to taunt you then I am sorry but you are mistaken. I only do it to practice my step or fill the time till the next round starts.

Oh and I believe what Slide is saying. out of the few times I have faced Airjacky I get this feeling that this guys sits there and gets really mad a the slightest thing that doesn't go his way. As a result he ends up pulling or forfeiting the match.... A friend of mine use to be like this. I asked him why,. He said, "I dont know. I Know it's part of the game, And I know there are ways around it, but when i loose to it I feel as if some how I've been cheated. It makes me so mad."
Ever since my friend got over this mentality (for the most part) he has gotten really good at adapting to these situations and staying focus so that it doesn't get the best of him. Now he's a much better and respectable player for it and has a lot more fun too.

 

This thread has lost its purpose completely. It should not be used to name and shame players whose styles you do not like.

That would include excessive DM users, turtles, people who taunt after the round is finished, etc.

Nothing good ever comes from this sort of public confrontation. Many players play the way they do because that is how they are as a person. It is their nature. It is therefore your job as the opponent to pinpoint the driving force behind their offense and exploit it. If you fail to do so in the allotted time, then you move forward with the knowledge that you need to grow. When it's over, nothing more needs to be said.

I propose that this thread be used only to catalog those individuals who would use devious methods to escape a loss(dropping), and/or those that used the live messaging system to promote hate.

Concerns over gameplay habits need to be left alone. Falling prey to cheap, or silly tactics only exposes the weakness of both the people involved.

I too agree with Slide over Air Jacky. Air Jacky has bullshitted with me many times over...Slide has kicked my ass many times over lol.

 

Is there a list in VFDC already somewhere. We all know a few people that will be on that list but I won't say who they are because that would be pointless at this point. Aside from that We can update the list as new people are discovered. We should bring this up to the Mods that way the list won't be tainted by people that shouldn't be on that list and it keeps our little comments from being added on as well.

That way new people know who to avoid all the time without having to read all of the BG posts.

 

Shang doesn't play online anymore but he does still play every once in awhile.

I had the same deal. He lives pretty close to me and I was trying to explain to him frames and such. He truly hates losing and reacts wildly when he does, but I'm assuming thats from all of his Halo play.

I play Air Jacky and my Jacky does alot of stance switching and dancing around, we played 10 games. The last match, one of the rounds Air Jacky won, he heavy downed me, the following round I did 6P backdash 6P backdash 6P backdash 6P. And then he pulled the plug. My entire series with Air Jacky, he mostly stood around and didn't do much I thought that maybe he didnt even want to play me but he kept rematching so I would give him the respect.

If you don't want to believe me, that's cool. I can't even prove it. I can't prove the Action Bastard thing unless Myke does an IP check, and it's not possible for me to prove the Air Jacky thing because I didn't record or capture anything.

first off apologies to anyone who the gamertag pl4yer 7 may have offended. I am the owner of that account and often let my brother/friends use it as it is the only account in the house that has live. I myself am black so the fact that Nigger was used offends me personally. To any that actually play me myself can attest i usually just ask how they beat my ass so badly and usually add the better players to learn from them/test my skills. hit me up sometime and we will go a few rounds.losing is never fun but i would never take it to a disrespectful level.
