i dont think goh is lacking in vf5. what do you think is lacking? the way i see it, he's got everything you could really need. the only problem i see is in implementation.

with goh, you just have to work for EVERYTHING. nothing really comes easy for him, compared to say jacky or kage.

was playing a 88% kage player yesterday. after eating 3 straight losses with goh (lost 9 in row, didnt get a single round), i just picked kage and took two rounds but lost the match. kage sure is user friendly.

i dont think that means goh is in a lower tier than kage or anything. but shit, sometimes i think i should just use an easier character as my primary.

No offense, but it's possible that because you didn't know what you were doing with Kage that you were able to get those 2 rounds. If you don't know a character, you're much less predictable anyway.

 

ice-9, i was responding to shag, who said goh is lacking. i wonder what he means, cause i can't think of any real weaknesses.

ktallguy, i played around with kage in evo on the ps2 by myself so i know some of his combos and stuff. honestly though, are you really going to try and argue that kage is not more user-friendly than goh? i mean come on, im not saying anything controversial here am i?
