I would go but need to celebrate my mom's Birthday this weekend which is more important. I might try to come next time and I will still continue online vf and if you peeps want to keep vf alive then you too should jump online at least once in a while.

Shag: Didn't think of the region difference. The times we had VS in Seattle,.it gets 3 people max. Where with VF, we get 5 at the minimum.

Sorry for the bump. Hate it when people bump shit that aren't in that region, plus it's fun to talk shit to SB, even though I don't have problem with him.

This is where the confusion was for me.

Hubbs with the way you worded things here almost two months ago I guessed we had to register for the venue at the site.

I was able to pre-register just in the nick of time. But I'd have been really upset if I had to pay an extra $15 to get to play due to an misunderstanding.

If your moms birthday is so important to you, why front like you were considering attending a tourney in the first place? Sounds like a cop out to me.

If you really want to rep VF come to an offline event, people will stop jumping on your case if you do that. I am planning to be at Winterbrawl to support my scene and I am sure I am going to have a great time. It is my mom's birthday this weekend by the way too and I am still going so what, she supports me on this decision as long as I am happy with it. Besides that online as good as it really is deep down leave me scratching my head 1 time too often. I love it and I will support it too but offline is the best way to go period to see what VF is truly capable of.

I have no ill feelings for you BBS at all (I am being completely honest here) unlike alot of other people here that try to hide it even though we know it is there bubbling under the surface. You should go to an offline event seriously even if you are destroyed there at least you showed up that is all that matters right. By the way I think I will bring my PS3 instead of my Xbox though when I get to my room too this event is going to be so hype

I'm going to get absolutely destroyed, I have to admit to myself that I didn't do enough to prepare for this event and I'm still way to young in this game to have any kind of competency. Hell I don't even know if I like my character choice. Ahhh but I want to play so fuck it.

That sounds like code For " my mommy won't let me go. I'm a 14 year old twat and I can't go out of town without adult supervision."

SCR was the same way. You have to DEAL with IT
Look at it as a positive way to play more offline casuals and level up your game.

      SEGA CUP is coming
    17. Tricky
      Tricky
So it's totally okay for the game with the least players and the shortest run tournament to go last. There's no reason to be upset or mad about that at all.

I wasn't gonna bother mentioning but VF starts exactly when the grand finals (in a non-competitive sense) of the other 2d games, so basically only people with a profound interest in VF would even bother sticking around to GAF. Was this the only way it could be done?

^There are multiple streams, and people can watch both at the same time

I see alot of debates going on. I only think the main thing is to show support for the VF tournament if you love VF, that's it. If you can play, then play. I WISH I could have gone, but my money is going toward SEGA Cup. BUT, I'm still gonna do my part and support by watching the stream and engaging in stream chat
