13 frame mids eat the 4pk into RD. Another option Blaze has is to jump out of RD to bait nonsense. There is a way to completely break this though...

Got another difficult stagger. Blaze [9][P]+[K] (hit), [6_] RD [K]. I do 't know if it's as tight as the Goh one but I haven't seen anyone break...

Done it once in like 50 attempts difficult as hell on a pad. Couldn't duck under but did block it. I reckon if I used my chin to mash on the d-pad...
